This médiation, my guides and my cat actually saved me tonight. I don't know what happemed...but I felt coming back to life. I was scared.... I did not feel well at all and I presse play. My cat came to sleep by my head and touched my head,connected his forehead to mine. .. I really thought I was leaving this world for a minute I swear.... wo.aahhh...... gratitude rasa 👌 and my guides .

Feeling positively and trusting the universe and my body to heal my body and thyroid. When she said pick a song that makes you dance my brain revealed Cool Cat by Queen, which is the vibe of this meditation ❤
I was going for a different kind of energy in my voice, and for some it is perfect, for some it is not. There will always be words that are unsuitable or triggering, I always encourage questioning why, why is it that this triggers? Why does it have a negative connotation to your mind? Why can't it be a positive outcome through this word? It is an interesting path to question one's own mind.
