At 11:49 you can see that chat gave him a powerup making him small wand toad like he wanted. He even tosses a wand.
Then he used it to small fire glitch, which caused him to re-enter the NORMAL state.
This makes all of his chicanery in 4-1 extra funny, because he's confused as to why grabbing a power-up would make him big -- "do you only lose one state?!"
Love the tiny edits showing what CC did; must have taken a lot of work to meticulously do that.
He's got an editor to take care of those things😀

Is it possible to get out of the water above the blocks in a water stage? I've always wondered if there's a way to do it because you can almost get high enough to get on top of the block but I wonder if there's an artificial barrier that stops you from going any higher...

True, it straight up feels like an odd one out too, the others are dumb in a randomizer way, the coins killing you is just annoying straight up and is the only one where it's impossible to tell when it wore off which stands out with how long amd impairing it is. At least make the time it's on less _disproportionately_ long or have it only deal damage.

I don't know how hard the edits are, but pointing out visible changes seems like a lot of needless work.
