Day 1 of this challenge and I’m totally in. I love that Chloe tells us stuff like if you’re not feeling it, it’s because you need heavier weights. She was spot on. I increased the weight and was like “oooh I’m feeling that”. Another time she said not to arch your back. I didn’t even realize I was arching my back until she said that. Thank you Chloe. You are changing my life and confidence in myself. I’ve been using Chloe’s challenges for awhile and for Christmas I told my daughter I wanted her to do a challenge with me. Healthy mother daughter time. ❤
I tried this workout yesterday but stopped about a 3rd of the way through. I only was feeling the burn in my leg muscles (not my butt) so I wasn’t sure I was doing it right. Fast forward, I woke up this morning and my butt is SO SORE lol so apparently Chloe knows what she’s doing!!! Don’t quit!!! It’s working it just takes time💪🏻
Just stopping by to say that the previous booty focused program of Chloe BUILT my butt for YEARS ahead. It was literally one program but it changed it so much .... I did it in 2020, then I had a huge gap of not working out at all in 2021 for many reasons and my butt remained shapely all throughout! Starting week 4 of this challenge today. I can even see changes in my abs. And most importantly my mental health is better, I have more energy. I am losing weight. People started seeing changes at week 2. I cant wait to finish this and start it again with heavier weights.
i love the information about exercising and building muscles during the rests! i had to go to physical therapy this summer for hip pain and was basically told that i will need to continue exercising and building my glute and abductor muscles. i love alternating between these videos and my pt exercises to stay motivated to be healthy.

I’ve been doing this workout once a week for like 10 weeks now and it’s still challenging but the results are truly there! I’m really loving this workout and it feels like it passes in an instant. My mat and clothes are drenched in sweat after every session but so worth it! I feel so good and strong afterwards. I don’t have any resistance bands so I made my own alternatives to the last move so I still got some work.
I come back after a really big gap, and I'm surpised! You changed workouts to fit everyone. I love those videos! I feel good after them, like I receive a massage. Love you, Chloe. Keep going, we will follow you❤️

I got my Chloe Ting resistance bands today 🤗🤗🤗. Love the colours, the fabric is great quality and each has great resistance. Used one today in my workout and had no issues (not like other ones that have rolled up or snapped). Would definitely recommend others to purchase them. 1st day: Almost done 24:57, couldn’t finish cuz someone else walk inside the room where I was working out and I hate it, I continue with the 2 day workout full. Day 8: we made an agreement with the guy and now we rotate our turns, since is my 8th day in getting use to the work and I’m not feeling to tired as the first day 🤗🙃.

As a warning, with the recommended 90 second rests between sets, these workouts take a significant amount of time... with warmup/down, it takes me 1h30. Not the 33m advertised on the workout guide..

Chloe is trying to kill me 😂 I have a recent injury and I’ve been cleared to workout just not heavy weights and this workout killed me! I’m used to lifting heavy weights and I’m not gonna lie this gives me the same burn. I only ever do Chloe’s arm and ab workouts I save the rest for the gym but I think I’m going to start doing these workouts and only go 2 times a week to the gym. I don’t like being around people so this is perfect for me! Thanks Chloe ♥️

I'M SO HAPPY!!!!!! I didn't even notice that the video ended! I'm at the second week and I'm happy because I haven't failed myself and I've been persistent. I hope I include the workout in my daily life for the rest of my existence. I'm trying to do it just to challenge myself and to become stronger and healthier. Just started week 3 and I thought of leaving a feedback here, maybe it will motivate someone… During the first week my body felt so heavy because I was out of form but I didn’t give up I just continued doing the exercises even though I could finish all of the reps at times. Week two I started feeling more light, the exercises weren’t as hard as it was during week one. And now I’m week three because I increase the weight of the dumbbells it’s being a little hard but different from week one, I feel much stronger… About the results, as I said, I’m much stronger now, I can’t really see difference in my gluts when it comes to size but the shape has definitely changed a little, it’s starting to look more like a 🍑😁 and I can also feel that there is muscle growth not just in my gluts but my quads aswell… So yeah, I feel like I might do this program again, once I’m done but with heavier weights… it really helps with consistency and it does give results 🥰

I liked her workouts where it was just 30 seconds for one exercise. The exercises with sets are more difficult but very efficient as I can feel my butt aching for next 2-4 days after a workout like that. Thank you, Chloe!

@@sofwinx1978 это вроде как не упражнения на сброс веса же, на сайте есть отдельная группа упражнений weight loss для этого.

I have a recent injury and I’ve been cleared to workout just not heavy weights and this workout killed me! I’m used to lifting heavy weights and I’m not gonna lie this gives me the same burn. I only ever do Chloe’s arm and ab workouts I save the rest for the gym but I think I’m going to start doing these workouts and only go 2 times a week to the gym. I don’t like being around people so this is perfect for me! Thanks Chloe ♥️

Chloe, I wish you’d have 360 view on these workouts - sometimes it’s hard to tell how your arms and feet/ legs are positioned from the side angles, especially for a newbie like me.

I'M SO HAPPY!!!!!! I didn't even notice that the video ended! I'm at the second week and I'm happy because I haven't failed myself and I've been persistent. I hope I include the workout in my daily life for the rest of my existence. I'm trying to do it just to challenge myself and to become stronger and healthier. I love Chloe's videos, I'm still learning to love planks xD, but I can assure you guys that I'm in love with all of the legs workouts already. As she says, you're not alone in this journey! Just started week 3 and I thought of leaving a feedback here, maybe it will motivate someone…
During the first week my body felt so heavy because I was out of form but I didn’t give up I just continued doing the exercises even though I could finish all of the reps at times.
Week two I started feeling more light, the exercises weren’t as hard as it was during week one.
And now I’m week three because I increase the weight of the dumbbells it’s being a little hard but different from week one, I feel much stronger…
About the results, as I said, I’m much stronger now, I can’t really see difference in my gluts when it comes to size but the shape has definitely changed a little, it’s starting to look more like a 🍑😁 and I can also feel that there is muscle growth not just in my gluts but my quads aswell…
So yeah, I feel like I might do this program again, once I’m done but with heavier weights… it really helps with consistency and it does give results 🥰

Wow, thank you 🙏🏿. My glutes were feeling the breakdown/repair. God bless. What a great workout. 10/10. Recommended: 10 pound weights and rope the resistance band twice (if too long). This my second time through. I like how you said “stay committed.”

I liked her workouts where it was just 30 seconds for one exercise.
The exercises with sets are more difficult but very efficient as I can feel my butt aching for next 2-4 days after a workout like that.
