I think I found your channel at the right time. I've been diagnosed with depression and anxiety since I was 12 and lately I've been experiencing new, darker thoughts that keep interrupting my everyday life. Your writing makes me feel like I'm not alone, thank you for making your book available on youtube

It’s very comforting to listen to your videos. I’ve been having a horrendous time lately sleeping through the night. My heart races from the anxiety. Thoughts of all the loss. Fear of more loss. Worrying almost constantly. I long for peace in my mind and heart.

@@DouglasBloch unfortunately nothing right now. Just listening to you at night, listening to an audio app of Bible (I like Psalms), and speaking with friends. I recently discovered abnormal bloodwork (white blood cell count low; neutrophils very low) so that is making me very anxious as well, as I’ve always been in great health and I’m so worried it could be something serious. Following up on Tuesday with doctor. Watched your five suggestions for coping with anxiety. Great advice. Thank you so much for continuing to do what you are doing to help us. I love listening to you and all your suggestions.

It's debilitating devastating and disabling. Nothing helped me even ECT. Diagnosed as chronic dysthymia that's resistant to medication. I'm having epilepsy with no Tonic clonic seizures but Focal and partial seizures with vision and hearing disturbances. Also experiencing derealization and sleep paralysis.
