Thank you for talking about this! I have had such similar experiences over the last three years. As I turned 30 and was piling stress on myself to achieve things with my personal life and job everything built up and I also had a panic attack following a run. I also called an ambulance. I was sent for An ECG and told I was ok! But then I began to associate exercise and the higher heart rate/feeling of fatigue with a heart attack and this triggered further panic attacks. I’ve always loved sport and felt like anxiety and fear of dying was taking something off me I loved. Three years on I have largely been able to overcome by slowly reintroducing myself to exercise and trusting my body as you describe. It’s not been smooth but im pretty much there. Anyway thank you for sharing, it’s comforting knowing others of a similar age have been through similarly tough times! All the best.

Hey Thomas, seems like you had a very similar experience to me. I also felt like exercise was something that had been taken away from me which was very frustating, but now things are much better and I'm glad it is for you too. Anything in particular that help you through? Would be interested to know, if it could be helpfor for me in the future.

Thanks for sharing Matt. My anxiety has peaked since the pandemic and this year it has become louder and more physical/ harder to ignore. I am also choosing to manage it without meds. I know there is no quick fix but hopefully it will become more manageable.

Just had one today at a shopping center. Not the first time it's happened but I think I'm finding a link between my heart issues and anxiety, as I felt like you, heart symptoms and I've got hospital etc for it, im still gonna get checked for my heart as I have a cardiology appointment, but im going to look into deeper therapy for it. Thanks for this video has really helped

A lot of great points that I agree on. We have very similar stories. How long did you struggle with anxiety ? Thanks for Sharing your story Matt 🤙🏽

Hey man, just saw your video about your first panic/anxiety attack. very similar story to me. I was at work one day, and my arm started feeling tingly, numb, started getting a sever headache and blurred vision. Keep in mind I had just gotten the booster shot and i immediately assumed the shot was causing me to have some type of stroke or heart attack. I read too many articles before getting my booster, so those thoughts were in my head. Eventually those feelings went away, but i felt terrible for a couple days. Ended up going to the emergency room one night, and the doctors did every test possible on me. Turned out I had an anxiety attack. Same as you, I was never one to let stress get to me, I was always one to be able to deal with it. But, like you, there were many things going on in my life. Work, wife, children, i was in the process of buying a house, Covid, I had just lost my best friend, the war in Ukraine, ETC. I just didn't realize how it was effecting me. And then that one day, it just all came out. I too literally thought I was dying. It's been about a month now. Things have gotten a little better. I'm not taking medication, but I still feel a little anxious every day. Some days its good, some days (mostly at night), its a little intense, but nothing I can't get through. But seeing your video, and how similar it was, it brought some comfort to me knowing that this is something that is normal, and that I can try to fight. Hope your doing well, and hopefully you reach out with some advice!!

Hi there , was watching your video on choosing the right osmo oil and ended up on this video because my sister (whose 30 and has no health issues ) recently was feeling the same thing as you!
Firstly ……sorry to hear about your experiences and secondly …. Really helpful tips.
Thirdly …..I wanted to mention that we did cupping on all the points of anxiety ( it’s a book that shows all the right places to do cupping on)and it’s 90% gone !
Anyone who is suffering from anxiety , I would suggest looking into cupping : really really effective.
Great work on everything you’ve done and thankyou for sharing and helping everyone .

Hey, thank you so much! If you like a soft breathing technique to help recovering balanses in your blood gasses: try hands cupping face or small breatholds. These techniques increase blood flow to brain & oxygen uptake. If you do them immediately at the start of an attack, it is possible you can stop it. I am a breathing teacher, I use these techniques to treap people. So many thanks for your video. Lots of people are suffering from this. Take care, greetings from Belgium ❤

Going through a similar situation for a year or so now, seem to have this constant feeling of trapped wind, brain fog, migraines, etc, it’s a vicious cycle, I think letting things be is the best thing you can do, you can’t control everything.

    • @MattHutton
