I hate CORK handles on FISHING rods? Here's a QUICK fix!

I DON'T like cork handles on my fishing rods. Actually, I HATE cork handles on my fishing rods. But, sometimes that's all that's available on certain rods. When sand and debris get on cork, I hate the feeling - and the wrong type of cork can swell on it deteriorates and breaks off over time. So, here's my fix that completely covers the corks - leaving it completely watertight.
