Please don't edit out the little noises in the background... Church bells, kids laughing or dogs barking... Even the occasional car or truck rumbling by. Well if the villa is in Italy, I guarantee you it's worth every single penny. So this property for this price? Think it might be worth a whole lot more than that? Uhh, yes, certainly.
David this flat is unbelievable. Gorgeous village and you are right it's a bargain. Unreal. Thanx for sharing. I shared it. Cheers. Gina in Upstate New York USA moving to Portugal
6 months here 6 months back home never get bored you get bored in england you jump on a plane and come up here but are the live centers close bye with piacas busling life near these houses because then they are very worthy
Love your videos! I wish you would mention what options for internet connections are available for properties you review. Like speeds and ballpark prices maybe? It is probably a crucial detail for a lot of people nowadays.
you could make the downstairs lounge a bedroom and block off with a door...and make the hallway between the bathroom and bedroom upstairs a lounge area--this would facilitate two bedrooms
Simply love this house....I'm an Indian, can I buy this property without a resident visa. Would like to have such a lovely home in Italy.....Palombaro is so beautiful
Just beautiful! I love it.:) My type of house. just came back from Lake Como, and once again. Love, love Italy and all her places.❤❤ a house like this, is my dream house there.😊
Surely converting another economical village house to be a lock-up-and-leave or little used holiday home will hasten the demise of the services in the village?
This unit is truly amazing in such good condition also . Do you know how much the rates would be yearly there . I live in Queensland Australia and we would never in a million years find such a bargain.
I live in Queensland as well and am wondering why the hell I am not living in a small Italian town like this. Now with the Olympics driving up the price of everything yeah... What's it all about Alfie? I need to decide in the next year if I can make a move like this. David here doing a great job to point out all the details in a potential move. Cheryl, hope you can make your Italian dream come true if that's what you seek. All the best...
David, this is a screaming deal however there’s still the car situation. The fact you have to be a resident to own a car is ridiculous. And of course, getting residency is no small feat. Not having a car in these small towns is not convenient and blocking a lot of sales. Bummer 😢
I am really enjoying your content! The region - stunning. As a Britnin Oz, confused about the post-Brexit new normal, I am intrigued about the retirement in Italy option, or lock up and leave, holiday home for the next 15 years prior to retirement. This is a little ripper!
@@mradventurer8104 A good friend of mine in Utrecht has recently bought in Tuscany and is renovating. He advised me to look at this region….as well as Tuscany.
As a Brit you can buy as a holiday home, as an Australian ou would need to move here with a visa. If you want to retire as a Brit and move here then thanks to Brexit you would need an elective visa residency, your loca consulate will be able to give you details of what is needed. I would say to any of you, it MUST be Italy!!! There's no other place like it.
Remarkable value. It wouldn’t put me off as it is no doubt fixable but has anyone actually used the bathroom? There doesn’t appear to any way you could sit normally on that toilet with the shower mini wall there.
More flats for a single please :). It's just a perfect size for a single or a couple without children. Who likes to clean or heat a huge house? Nobody :-)! Cute, little flats are the most desirable ones. :)
Fibre optic available as well as normal WiFi. Parking just outside of the house and other areas within the old centre. I know because I live around this area!
What is the cost of living in Italy. I'm not one to go out and party. I like just staying home and relaxing. Maybe going out for lunch or something breakfast but not everyday.
Cheers. I love these vidoes. how can I find out more information about buying a home in your city or another city close by, with your help. Can I buy in Absentee, with your help? I need a place that I can a taverna to invite people for food and wine and life. Tell us about mortages. I could buy this one outright, but what about others that may need reno? I'd love an outside terrace rooftop.
A lot of properties? How many? Considering there are a lot of houses in the area I think the percentage for sale will be somewhere around .025% maximum! Nearest vet is maybe guardiagrele
@@AhomeinItaly thanks for the info about the vet. My comment/question wasn't meant as a negative. I haven't counted them but it seemed to me that Palombaro comes up often so I was curious

If not for the 'no public transport', I'd drop a check in the mail to you right now. SO CUTE!
Balconies and A/C are really my short list.
My Brother just was quoted 6,600 euros to rent a Villa for 2 weeks and you can buy this entire property for 29,000 euros. Makes you think.

Another amazing property, just the right size for me.
Dreaming... love all the balconies.
Beautiful village and nicely remodeled townhome. The kitchen just needs a place to put a refrigerator.
I've been wondering where too - maybe in the under stair nook ( a narrow one, sideways)?
I was wondering the same thing! Perhaps it is a mini fridge with a cabinet door front?
Love it ❤!
may be the cabinet , left of the stove . people shop daily for fresh groceries .
Move the kitchen table over to 5he otherside then have an undercounter fridge and undercounter freezer then put a countef over

Where is the refrigerator?
..possibility to put 2x half height units (fridge and freezer) in the space below the stairs on the kitchen level?
@sandrabeltman9418 yes could easily get both there flush up with the walkway to lounge
I didn😅t see the refrigerator.
Is the property still available?
I didnt see a fridge
How easy is it to buy property I'd your American. And how easy is it to stay or do you have to leave every 3 to 6 months to redo your visa
You can buy as an American but obviously if you’re on a tourist visa, you have to go back and forth between Italy and the US.
@thehungrygoldfish does it have to be America can you just go to Germany or some other country and then come back after a few days.
