I really enjoyed the slight back and forth between documentary styles and informative style( if that makes any sense lol)
This is an interesting topic that I think especially in today society of social media and people showing only the best parts of their lives others feel the need to be like that and live up to that unrealistic standard. It’s sad truly. I can be a perfectionist in many areas of my life but I think the older I’ve gotten the more I’ve started to realize that if you just do it and put it out there the betterment of the craft will follow.
For example; I posted a reel on my IG and was hella nervous about it and was putting it off for weeks but then one day I stopped messing with it and just posted it and let go and let God. It did pretty well and I felt sooo much relief from letting it go and letting it be what it was going to be. I hope this making sense lol but I think one thing that helps with this is slowly learning how to release control and being okay with being perceived by others.
Anyway dope video per usual. Really love how aware of yourself you are that’s awesome!

OMGOSH!!! I'm so glad that you are bringing awareness to this horrible destructive trait because this is exactly how I am,Smh. I promise you living this way has caused me so much stree and anxiety and has kept me from just enjoying so many simple things😢 I actually have convinced myself from childhood into adulthood that this wpuld allow me to enjoy my surroundings good so I can feel comfortable in my environment but, this has actually caused me so much stress that I'm beginning to see that this behavior is damaging. I've made a few adjustments over the last few months to free myself from these shackles and I can see a huge change in my mental. I've come to the conclusion now that I'm older that life MUST have balance or you'll be miserable in ANYTHING that you do.

Really liked when you said we’re not the consequences of our actions and rather just the person executing the actions. That resonated with me.

Great video, and I love your filming style. It's exhausting trying to be perfect all the time, and it's definitely a way of trying to control outcomes so "bad" things don't happen. Meditation and practising gratitude have certainly helped me.
    Sending love from Australia 🙂🙏

How are your locs so perfect?? Do you do them yourself? Or does someone do them for you? Are there Locticians in Japan?
