iam homeless since four years i were hapy with such appartment.

The hanging things you hang your clothes up onto the wall on are for curtains. They help insulate the walls during winter so the heat stays in and it reduces heating costs. (I grew up poor and we used rugs and tapestries for that, which is how i know) :) As a minimalist, (one that doesn't have a lot of stuff but utilizes the stuff I have) i actually like your apartment and feel like it's a true minimalist vibe.

resonate so much w this approach to life ~ have purged almost ALL of my belongings, surrendered to spirit, deleted social media besides youtube, spend most days quiet + with my dog + outside + minimal minimal rituals + live much more fully with much less things the part i've struggled the most with + really appreciate you including ~ is to stop having unrealistic expectations of myself i used to over function + over caretake all the time (had a chaotic upbringing + was a parentified + emotionally abused child) ... i used to feel so worthless + also would (a bit addictively) add new routines + rituals etc ... intended as personal care / development / growth ... but too much. too rigid. too many things. the rituals are meant to help slow + simplify, but i was bringing the over-functioning into that as well ~ like you said in the past years i had some major disabling events which have left me with sooo little physical + mental energetic capacity + i've had to rest sooo much. my expectations of self have had to change (spirit made sure i listen lol) thank you to anyone who reads (+ resonates) w this ~ either way i'm grateful to you for sharing this video

Automating my diet is a 2025 goal

I feel like I get a really good stretch while lifting weights but I focus on using a full range of motion. My art therapy is list making top 10 movies etc. Thats just because I can’t draw though lol

I learned how important stretching is from my Pops, who’s 89 now. He has been doing stretches for as long as I can remember. He can still bend down and pick things from the floor. He still golfs and plays curling.

It's true, news travels and anything important will find you anyway, and yes movement/stretching is the answer!

I think finding balance is what's the hardest in life. Understanding your own priority takes time and I sometimes have trouble adapting space where i would spend more because they are my priority vs the one I can spend less as I am an all or nothing person. But I have been having a budget and tracking every penny I spend for 4ish years now which helps me understand where to reduce and potentialy increase my buckets of spending.

Love the appartement! I suppose you store your clothes in the cupbpard we see in the main room? Do you have a laundry room in the building?
