@@arthurmiskelly857 When you leave Ireland - and apparently you never have, ya thick ya, you discover a bigger, feistier, more competitive, more rambunctious, more aggressive, and more organized Irish culture over here, free of the bigotry and hateful sublimation of Irish people and culture that still contaminates your country. I've met few Irish Europeans who have any understanding at all of the Irish American mindset. St. Lawrence O'Toole is a better pipe band. So what? There's nothing Irish about their appearance and doesn't have to be (they compete primarily in Scotland and are just following the rules). The FDNY is historically Irish and everyone over here knows it, and thinks of them as heroes (which they are). Furthermore, FDNY's saffron plaids tell you they're Irish! Where are St. Lawrence O'Toole's, if that's what you're squawking about? You're just feeling left out, you poor little bunny.
I love Scotts culture.
Whaaat????
They are lucky the crowd don't know better
Plastic "Micks" in Highland dress! St. Patrick? or St. Andrew?
No plastic Paddy's in that bunch, great pipers no but they're doing their best
