I love the way those brushed aluminum vibe amps look ,they also sound amazing with clean sound , I have a four channel and a two channel that rock all day !
I knew she would do alright. I have the 5000 watt A/B amp version. Two 40 amps fuses = 800watt range x4. Been very reliable, loud, and little back ground noise.

Nice little amp , quality sound plenty of features and a great price with a Korean printed circuit board ! I personally own several Lanzar vibe amplifiers and they sound clean with no overheating and running on 4 ohms I have never had any problems with them !
great video I have the 1801d and 3200d vibe amps still new in box can't wait to try them when the weather gets nicer up here in Canada lol.

There's probably 99% of us that would never have bought this amp even with the ability to use it and send it back risk-free like Amazon offers. It makes you want to grab a couple different models and see if the deal keeps going up! I've seen the same product line have different styles of boards....

I once had a Lanzar 1600w 4ch Viberant series on 4, 15" cerwin HED Subs. Loud & Clear. It really rocked for a cheap system.
At one point a few years ago Lanzar offered those Vibe amps in black and they actually looked decent.
Should've heard me on this end Ryan, I was saying come on, come on 1000, 1000, and I saw it and said wrap it up, a budget gem \m/ keep rocking the Dyno 😉

Hell yeah for the Lanzar vibe 1000.1d it pulled it off. I love the optidrive subs have them in my car running off a audiopipe 1800.1d
I ran Lanzar exclusively. The Vibe 240,vibe 1500d,opti drive 500x2, vibrant 286, and four vibe 6.5's powered by a vibe 420. Of course not all at the same time but I really like Lanzar products for the price.

I have a couple of lanzar Opti amps and they are really good and know they make around rated power. I always had the inclination about the other lanzar gear not doing rated. But was pleased to see this one achieve it's rating!! Nice job. Would be good to see some of the vector amps tested :D
The optidrive and vibe are the only ones that do. The vibrant , max vector heritage all the others are trash like boss or crunch
I have an Opti 2000, stable to .5 ohm. The amp is an absolute beast, even at 1 ohm.
I had a vibe 1200 on 2 jl audio w4's in the early 2000's UGLY amp but had big power and never had any problems with it.
These have been on the market for ten plus years. I've always wanted to test one. The vibe ND 2100 ( I think it's been a while ) was actually pretty good. So I'm watching this one.
Just watched this.... Vibe has more times than not been pretty good. They are cheap so it's a role of the dice for how long it will go maxed out but for a set of eights in your pickup this will be perfect. These are what I love, the often overlooked work horses .

Welcome back - sure you're busy with life outside UA-cam. Waiting on some more budget Zapco testing and am somewhat in the market for +/- 500 watts into 1 ohm (dual 2 ohm Type R) and my Zapco ST-5X II is pretty big when I only need the sub channel. Hesitate to run budget amps at 1 ohm long term but this might be an option. Loved the sound quality of my original Optis in the 90s.
Very surprised, thought I'd see magic smoke at .05 ohm.
I did multiple attempts at .5 and couldnt get the smoke.... I tried :)

Back in 02 or 03 i had a 2400w lanzar vibe on 2 rockford he2 12s in a huge bandpass box in a 99 eclipse and it pounded hard enough to break the sunroof track and rip the metal on the trunk where the spoiler bolted on not a bad amp from my experience

I got a vibe 1800d that I bought back in 2004, and put up a gut shot video, years back, which was the first content I ever did on youtube. It had 120amps of fusing and guts of the old school 1200d black heatsink vibe model that was solid from pre 2000. Had this amp on 5 different woofer configurations for 15 years, it finally shit the bed last spring. It provided good power and I got my money out of it lol.
And yes I take the ratings with a grain of salt.

Lanzar the underdog. Been running the maxpro 5000 black amp that came with the zero gauge terminals, 4 years strong. even the speaker terminals are zero gauge kinda wierd, At half ohm. On 3 punch hx2, two are dvc 4ohm and one is dvc 2ohm. All parallel 0.5 stays cold the old school fosgates are pushed to their limits. Bought as a refurbished amp for $145.
Had a older lanzar vibrant with the blue light and chrome 4000w amp...powered 4 svc Kenwood 12s....never got hot
I bought one of these for along with a jl 10w3v3-4 for $30. I just use for tv surround.

Hard to believe they are still around.
It's a name that will always have you hanging on the edge of it's a good amp or bad amp LOL.
Because they have made some really good stuff and some not-so-good stuff but the value has always been there.
The very first system I ever heard at a 150 optidrive way back in 1993. It was a fellow high schooler and he had bought it used for$200. I thought it was going to have a heart attack! There was no way I could ever afford that!
Lanzar and power acoustic and even audio pipe are crap back in 2004.. sadly I don't even know now cause I'm a bit out from car audio. Good vids keep it up.
I had 2 lanzar Vibe 1800D circa 2002. One on each kicker 15 in a bandpass. Those 15s slammed. Pushed the shit out of em. Amps were good for me

Back in the day, Lanzar was awesome! No 10000 watts but for 500+ watts not bad!
I could be wrong; but it was big back in the day to run 3 subs on one channel. 3 4 ohm subs equal about 1.33 ohm. That might be why lanzar shows those stats.
the board design looks alot like some boss audio or SSL amps , ill see if i can find the one im thinking of , pretty sure it was in the "1500-3000w'' rated ranges , the components would probably be better in this lanzar anyhow if they do have a matching board .
Love the videos keep them coming always entertaining. If you get a chance you should check out Toro audio I do not know too much about them but they have crazy pricing on their amps. Would make a great amp dynol video, keep up the good work.
Time have changed. Lanzar is better than Boss and Pyle. It's made in Korea so I knew it was going to perform good enough.
Pyramid, lanzar, and pyle are the same company. Soundaround(parent company) bought pyle and lanzar years ago.

Back in the days Lanzar was a very popular brand in car audio world. At least where i use to live. Mostly the Opti series

Lanzar has 3 ohm speaker but they use the notiin of three 4 ohm subs due most cars can only place three subs in their and this one of their entry lever offers for those on a budget and syrapping is when tbese amps truly perform best

Just wondering if you have ever heard of (NESA AMPS ) I ran across one looking at use stuff on line specifically the (NESA TS POWER 7500) it was going for $299 used and new oh and yes it says 7500WATTS MAX! but also has RMS ratings too

I never had problems withe performance in reliability but the and name helped .e sell these better than a few of teir later non Opti offers....oh yeah these amps are sold more in mexico and Europe where the cars are smaller but that 3ohm daisey chain is the reasons.

Could you test the Lanzar vector 3100 2 channel amp? I had one hooked up to 2 18" ma audio subs and it pushed them really good.
Im guessing that the 1.33 ohm measure is when you have three 4 ohm woofers in parallel.
3 woofer dvc 2 ohm u can wire in parallel
@@SoXDYTB you could, but three 2ohm subs you'd be at .33 in parallel. Now if you did those same subs in series/parallel you'd be at 1.33ohms
The 1.33 is I suppose for someone running three 4 ohm subs. It is an odd rating as most people run 1 or 2 and when running more, it's usually 4 or 6 or 8. 1 is most common odd number build. Not seen too many 3, 5, 7 sub setups in my 24 years in car audio.

Yes their mono vibe amps are good, but seen a few tests if the multi channels and didn't do so great..

The 1801d vibe I had did very well on a 18" 2k RMS sub a few years ago. Ripping that 18" monster and breaking ear drums,,lol.. damn good amp.. you can get lucky and find them on eBay refurbished.. I think I paid about $110 for one(1800.1D).

It's rated down to 2 ohm, but I've read that it can run down to .7 ohms and put out massive amounts of power
It's such a small amp, and the efficiency and power output just seems too good to be true...
Now I can understand doing the test and giving the numbers then and there but how long will that amp push those numbers before something goes wrong how long will the Lanzar vibe 1000.1 D last?? that's what I would like to know

Korean amps were built in good quality those years..
Judging from the Orion and other amps that are coming from there are still decent quality
Just a few ideas for you.
1. You probably have other things the Dyno could test. That information is valuable. Its likely no one has posted a test of that unit. Example. Home amps and HTR receivers, Car Head units, Plate amps in subwoofer boxes for home theater. There a probably a few things I missed.
2. I am sure getting time to make videos can be hard too. So maybe focus more on the test vs claims. Make your videos shorter. Set your goal to 5 to 10 minutes. You will get more viewer retention. Part of the yt algorithm is percentage viewed. The longer a vid, the more of it to skip. Keep it short and to the point so there is nothing to skip. The second part of it is the comments believe it or not. The more comments the more likely it will get suggested in someone's feed. It has to do with engagement.
I am surprised you dont have more subs, but I am sure you will get them in time. You provide very useful info. Just dont give up man. Please don't take my suggestions the wrong way. I am trying to help you. My channel sucks but I know how YT ticks.
