I never ran a crank more than 30 hours on my CR450R. But some folks ran them until they broke. Not me. I still have several like-new ones laying around. Better safe than sorry. lol
You obviously don't know shit if you change them every 30hours. Stock OEM Honda cranks last well over 100hours. I have 110 hours on my crank no up and siren play some side to side but still in spec. If you are changing the crank out every 30hours you are wasting money and time bud.
Thank you for your helpful video series! Its been a huge help rebuilding my 07 crf450R. Was wondering what size collet you used to remove the shift drum bearing out of the left case? My motion pro kit goes to 30 but I think i need a 33. Curious what you used in this video. Thanks and keep them coming!
Get a Genuine Honda Service Manual at your dealer. If they don't have one, they can order it for you. You cannot do this work without a proper manual and a good set of torque wrenches. Not if you value your life.
That's the Tusk Bearing Race and Seal Driver Kit. If you hit the first link in the description it will take you to a page with that tool and most of the others seen in this video.

Does the counter balancer bearing have a seal on it or is it open on both sides at 10:30
Are there any major differences in the Honda crf 450 2005 motor and the 2010?
The 2010 is fuel injected
