When the option is on automatic instead of manual the fans should turn on when it senses the gpu getting hot. So basically it only really starts when playing a game, and I didn't know that at the time.
Bro, today I was playing warzone, and I saw suddenly my 3060 temperature is 97 C°. My GPU fans wasn't spinning. I rushed to Asus GPU TWEAK 3 manually switched GPU fans to full then my temperature decreased. What could be the cause of this ??

What about gaming laptops with gtx gpu, plus on fan speed it says N/A and when i installed msi afterburn i couldnt change my nvidia fans speed only my integrate fans. Can someone help me ??
gaming laptops have their OWN version of those cards that are much slimmer and dont have fans that can be customized. they are connected with the CPU fan
Didn't work. Fans no-go. Also tried control panel Enterprise edition. It controls the fan speed when I had a Quadro4000 card installed but not the GTX 1060. The slider is there but no responce from the fans.

Problem: when I go to the same window, it shows me that I need to turn on experimental features to tweak my performace.
You can use MSI Afterbunner to set the speed.

For everyone saying they wanted their fans to be on, bro the fans are meant to be off… they turn on only when its too hot…
Turns out fans only turn on around 55-60 Celsius
Which isn’t dangerous for the pc but wow is it far up
