@@evodessey I'm still waiting for the drops in battery costs to have a significant impact on the EV market. This won't be cheap enough to boost sales of new EVs unfortunately. Without the lease market, new EV sales are really struggling in the UK because the costs are too high.
€24,295, which is £20,300. Looks like we’re getting the rough end of the stick as usual. Hard pass. How disappointing, I was pretty set on checking this one out.
And discount from Dutch government, doubled kindly by Hyundai, brings price in Netherlands down to €18,395 (£15,400). That’s £8K cheaper than UK price.
@@evodessey I can’t tell you how angry and disappointed I am by this. I’d actually booked a slot at one of the launch events in November but will now cancel it.
Is the UK version going to have the sunroof? All the LH versions do have, but the UK spec sheet does not mention it????
I would say not. I’ve not seen it mentioned anywhere.
@@evodessey Always the same in the UK. We pay over the odds and get fewer of the specifications.
@nealstreet1956 it would seem😔
A bit pricey for a small car.
@@DavidPlayfair Yep, a good few thousand more than we were expecting. Big shame.
So not very cheap then..
Compared to what though? it has a lot of tech for the money.

@@evodessey We were led to believe it would be c. €22,000 which is about £18,500. So yes, £23,495 is a considerable £5K mark up. Very disappointing.
They have also published a price list including colour options on the Dutch website.
I will take a look.Cheers

🤯😂 We get really stitched up in UK. I saw Korea gets even more incentives off Kia.

At last. Competing with the Chinese. This is where Kia EV3 should have been.
Could well be where the Kia EV2 ends up hopefully
This little car is way too expensive. I always prefer a Dacia Spring 8000 pounds cheaper.
