I don’t think it is possible for him to kill any contest. Not because he is a bad bodybuilder, it is because his waist is too wide, and he is lack of abb muscles. He was able to come that far just because he is very hardworking.
Why don;t u complete the movement using bar and machine? U only do half the movement, how can u grow your muscle if u are doing only half of the movement?
@@barrydeiter1192 you do know about "under muscle" oil injections?? BBers of high caliber inject oil DEEP into the muscle, to retain the fbers on the surface. Clearly mad oil in bonacs bicep, it looks like Flex Wheeler biceps.

@@dannyespinal2270 like the commenter above me said he's doing constant tension, when you get to a certain point you have to do other methods to promote growth . Yes he's on juice but you still have to put in the work im sure you've heard this before.
@@fatboitino2 firstly his over 240lbs on a 5.7 frame,so lean means nothing,his BIG! Secondly he was struggling with 3 plates,so not wanting to get injured holds no relevance to my point. 3 plates looked heavy for him.
@@londongunner1 He's literally depleted, and did several sets of at least 15 reps with 3 plates prior. Have you ever experienced a harsh diet? I can tell you, my pressing ability nearly falls 35% after several weeks. A lot more by the end- the muscle is there,but the energy is not.
@@fatboitino2 firstly,he was struggling for reps on the FIRST set,and its only the 2nd exercise. Secondly,I think it could be you who hasn't had experience in getting ready for a show! Ped's are at an all time high when you're on a cutting phase,and for alot,and I'm meaning more than 50% of people,strength isn't affected at this stage. Your energy levels are depleted more than anything. And just to further prove the point,go and search any of the top 10 guys who are NOW ALSO getting ready for the olympia,and check out their chest day videos.

For his size bonac is pretty weak to be honest! 3 plates shouldn't be anything to someone with that weight!
I mean, he is extremely lean. Not trying to get injured. We'll see when it's off-season and not 4 weeks Out from the Olympia
