I like this video for the simple fact that there's none of that stupid music that I so often hear in other training videos when people are working out. Watching these two workout together is really nice, reminds me of the days when Arnold, Lou, Robby and all the guys trained together.

Looks so peaceful from around the world where they are training. Nice and quiet, without tons of people in the center, just talking and not training. no joke I've seen a lot of Roelly's videos and in all of them you can see how he always trains with the same rhythm without getting out of breath even the execution of the sentence is the same as at the beginning to the end I only saw it with him an unbelievable stamina and control in training just unbelievable.💪👍

Don't know what happened to Roelly in Chicago? He just faded during judging. He wasn't himself. Hope he bounces back.
Tried to come on leaner and lost all fullness, I think he also took a break for a few months which didn’t help

Every workout set done to the one of our sides per set example. first the one site of your back and the other relaxed . Makes contract more and the width of the movement is bigger so the muscules are getting more worked out .

Other workout plan is to target some part of a muscle for example to make your bicep bigger at the edge. Small movements to the right position. that is what each one of us is figering out and that to interpose to the shape of each muscle. for example legs wining looks like pear . Working out more between the full contraction of the muscle and a bit lower and then from the full contraction and a little bit more lower than the one before.doing that to all of the leg workouts. We can do more than one rep to the same width of the movement each one of us choose repitedly and then to the longer width repitedly and next with morer longer width than the one before. exetera. For the sides and the back of our legs is different than the quads. To achieve pear shape we start from the beginning of the movement with small width and then if we want we make the width of the movement bigger. If we want we could also work out to the inbetween of the full contraction of the muscle movements. I may be wrong about the quads. I think that the down side of the muscle is triggered more at the start of the movement on the sited position.

Calves look mint! How come no one has calves on competition day. Impressed.
Because they don't train them for one and 2 it's genetics if you have shitty forearms like most guys you're gonna have shitty calves. I think Kai Greene is the only exception I've seen to that rule
