I live in an apartment with no elevator and I'm arthritic. It was a hassle for me to climb stairs not to mention going into an unsecured basement without security cameras and an unsecured entrance to the building. My son gifted me with this exact model and I'm thrilled with it. It washes really good and it practically spin my clothes half dry.

I want to say a big thank you for saving me from going to the Laundromat with this machine. I have this machine but the hose that comes with it doesn't fit. When I came across your video and watched it, I went straight to the home Depot and buy what you said. I'm telling you, this machine is working great! Thank you once again and I recommend this machine to anyone that lives in an apartment or anywhere small. This machine is really good and saves me time.

I have a GIANTEX brand washing machine for my suite and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!!! It saves me so much money and time and effort. I use one Tablespoon of liquid detergent per load and cold water (I use HOT for towels, etc). The hydro cost is $5 a year!! The convenience for this is immeasurable ❤❤

There is a "Softener Box" in the balance ring, really easy to see when you open the machine and see 4 drain opening on top of the tub ring. It is advisable to pour the softer in the beginning if you are using program 2-Standard, 3-Fast, 7-Wash & Rinse and 8- Rinse and Spin. These Programs have only 1 Rinse cycle and works fine. If you are using a different Program that has double rinse like 1-Normal, wait until the machine finished the first rinse, pause, add the Softener to be released in the final rinse. It works Great when one is Air drying like me.
GREAT Machine! I am Really Happy with mine. 👍

Yeah I grew up in an apartment with only a washer cause dryers were a fire hazard (government housing). And we had clothesline and luckily i lived in a dry climate so it was wayy better to air dry anyway. We didnt care we put our underwear out there, no one ever stole our clothes.

Hey I just bought this but no instructions. When you leave the water on, does automatically do a rinse cycle with the wash options or do you have to press a setting for it to do that? Thank you! :)

once you turn the water and cycle on, you don't have to touch anything until the machine finishes its entire cycle

I LIKE THIS AND HOPEFULLY I WILL HAVE ONE SOON. I HAVE A SWEET IDEA TO CREATE MY OWN DRYING MECHANISM. I WOULD CUT A HOLE CONNECT TO FIT A DRYER HOSE THAT FITS OVER MY HAIR DRYER. OR PURCHASE A 3-TIER DRYER CLOSET AND CALL IT A DAY.

I have a question i always need to disinfect clean my washing machine in the inside once in a while. So say I sprayed the inside of my washing machine with Antibecterial spray then i rinse it with water. Is there a button to just drain the water that i am rinsing myself on the drum to clean it?

i see what ur saying but i'm honestly not sure. maybe just run it through a mini cycle then throw in a load.
