Thank you so much for showing this washing machine and explaining how it works. I've been researching these for about a year. My washer and dryer is located in basement and its 3 levels down so taking smaller loads down is getting harder as I'm aging. So I appreciate this review!

I bought a small one for washing small items. Living in the desert, clothing gets sweaty frequently and hand washing was getting old. I've not received it yet, but am looking forward to the end of hand washing. For large items, I'm glad I have the luxury of a full-sized machine. And yes, good review. Ibaisaic keeps a much more tidy home than most reviewers.

It does a good job but this machine looks far easier to use as it is automatic so I will probably be looking to get one of these in future. Enjoyed watching this video, you always explain things clearly for anyone who is thinking of buying an appliance, many thanks :)

We just bought one of these and ran into the same problem of not being able to fit the inlet hose to any of our taps. Because we were most likely to have this set up in our bathroom we decided finding an adapter for the shower hose would be the easiest and my goodness it was.
Straight away we found an adapter at Wickes, by the brand Primaflow in the plumbing section. It's an angled appliance valve in the size 15mm x 3/4", it comes with a nut on the end you would attach the shower hose (don't need the nut), this size fits any standard shower hose. The end that the inlet hose fits on to was a little tricky to get on at first, the threads seemed to not match up, but with a little patience and force, they fit together perfectly (this may have just been ours).
All we have to do now is unscrew our shower head and screw the inlet hose with the adapter on it and ready to go!
I hope this saves some people some time and money trying to find the right one.

I have this same washing machine in my travel trailer. I created an 18 inch wide space beside my bathroom vanity. I hook it to the faucet. I sit a trash can over in the shower and drain the water to keep from over powering my plumbing system. The tub is a really nice size and holds a good amount of clothes and water. Very low noise. It's an excellent machine. I love all of the settings. It does a great job.

So glad we can now get these here in the UK.
Student accommodation washing machines are up on the list of the most disgusting things ever. £4.40 for a 30 degree cycle that lasts 50 minutes and the clothes come out smelling like egg.
Plus there are some body hairs in the door that you probably don't want to find on your white shirts.
Going to save up and get one of these hopefully.

It’s a good little machine I’ve had it for a while I replaced it with a different model but for that amount of laundry you really need to use the high water level not medium or small I don’t even know why they put those two options on there it’s a very small washer and certainly for a duvet and two pillows shams high water level would be the best. Good review.

I have a similar washer, a Kuppet. I'm in the UK. My machine came with a inlet hose with screws that wouldn't fit anything maybe just a garden tap. I bought a standard dishwashing/ washing machine hose and a 3/4 to 1/2 reducer adapter then attached to my shower hose. Shower hoses are 1/2 and washing machine inlet hoses are 3/4.

So I have a couple questions- I am from the US and looking to get one of these as getting to the laundromat can be difficult, especially in the winter. My apartment is incredibly small (less than 200 sq feet) and this looks as though it will fit perfectly in my shower. Niw my questions: is the drain pipe necessary? If I just leave the machine sitting in my shower, can I just let the water drain straight from the machine without the hose? Also, it is mentioned- suggested- not to add detergent on top of the dry clothes and to let it fill then add detergent. Is there a specific reason for this or is it just a preference? Could I just use a laundry pod instead?
Thank you so much for this unboxing/review! I will definitely be purchasing one of these machines!

You could laundry outside in warmer weather filling with garden hose. I'm 54 yr old women 120 lbs and I lift it with no issue.
Dual spin gets it pretty dry.

Do you need to use more washing detergent as the washer fills up with more water than standard front loaders? I take it the dosage of washing detergents indicated by manufacturers in Europe is meant to be for washers using less water. Thank you.

I'm having the same issue with the tap connector. So far I found a connector from eBay china , one end screws onto the machine and the other end is a rubber seal which clasps to the end of the tap... You also need to use a screwdriver to fasten the supplied jubilee clip attached to the rubber seal to the end of the tap... The main issue with this is that the water pressure sometimes blasts the tap connector off, pending on how much water you let through the tap.. Did you find a different solution?

We connected ours up to our shower so not sure how helpful this is, but we use an angled appliance valve by Primaflow (bought it from wickes) 15mm x 3/4" and connect that to the shower hose. It was a bit fiddly to connect at first, though that may have just been ours, however it works great.

Use the highest water setting. Your laundry load should never sit above the water.

Thanks for the very detailed video. The only fear is that the laundry doesn't get enough movement during washing. How is the dirt supposed to come out of the laundry if the drum doesn't rotate vertically and the falling laundry pushes the dirt out ?

Is this device really better than the twin tub device? I am asking because it does not spinn as much in the WASHING process. It only spins a part of a full revolution. Please advise me. Thanks :)

Bought one of these from Amazon recently, great little machine except for the fact mine leaks from underneath somewhere. Only a drip but not good enough for an allegedly new appliance. No response from the seller unfortunately. Wondered if anyone else has suffered the same issue with this machine? Such a shame as this is otherwise a great little machine. Have previously had a portable twin tub which while worked well, was so much more hassle to use!
