not sure if you know but you can rinse your clothes in the spin section. Spin the clothes to get the soap out, then add water to the spinner for a minute or two (it will drain as you add the water in) then spin one more time. saves on water and time as you can wash and rinse/spin at the same time, so 2 loads at once :) You can do 3 loads in under 30 min ;)
I just wanted to drop this little helpful hint for you Jenny, you can use a standard three outlet extension cord to plug the washer in to if you can't reach the outlet in your bathroom just be sure to hang it up away from your water as it drains or as you fill it up so you don't have any sparking accidents and also to make your washing more accessible and not have to mount it on the toilet since it is a gravity style non pump washer like my own you can place the entire thing in your bathtub for it to drain and then just clean afterwards once you're done washing. One more tip since you're draining in your tub tie a piece of stocking at the end of the drain hose to catch any lint so that doesn't build up and your tub piping.
Love your review you got to the point and actually showed how it works a lot of the review videos give me anxiety 20 minutes of a bunch of un necessary talking
I'm getting one after Christmas. I'm tired of going to the laundry room and finding all the machines in use every single time. No more scrambling to find change . Can't wait. Thanks for your video. I've watched several. I don't buy anything unless I research it.
I just got a 26 LB Kuppet model a week ago and I'm in love with it. The laundromats I went to were cleaned regularly, but the screaming kids and the possibility of catching COVID made me fork over the $119 om Amazon. I figure that as long as it lasts at least 8 months I will break even on my purchase, but for not being exposed to COVID ~ PRICELESS!!!
This is the best video I've seen regarding this kind of washing machine, and I've been researching for quite a while! Virtually every other video I watched as somebody who just got it and hasn't got a clue how to use it. Thank you for your clear descriptions on how to use it, and little tips to make the process run a little more smoothly.
this reminds me of the old Hoover washing machine my parents had in the 70's. You can poor water in the spinner and use it to rinse while the other tub is agitating, also you can use the little plastic thing in the spinner to push down on the clothes and force water out before running the spinner to save more time.
Oh that's awesome!! Yes, you can rinse in the spinner while the other one washes as well!! I do that sometimes as a shortcut. Never thought to push down on the plastic thing to squeeze some water out beforehand though - genius! Though I'm afraid it might break from the pressure since it's not really meant to take pressure like that from above? I don't know haha. Good idea though!
I live in Brooklyn and I have the same setup. I have my machine against the sink instead so I’m in front of it. My wash routine is wash/spin/rinse/spin, I notice doing it this way reduces the amount of lint and soap on the clothes. I also drain the water AFTER I transfer the clothes into the spinner so lint doesn’t settle onto the clothes. Oh and like another commenter says, use a pantyhose sock at the end of the drain hose to prevent lint clogged pipes.
@@tawana2inspire yes I tie a nylon sock at the end of the drain hose so when it drains it catches the lint instead of going down the drain and clogging
This mini washing machine is actually a good idea if you have kids. We all know what and how much mess they make can make in a day!... Or dirty rugs, or basically any other small loads that can't wait til the end of the week. Thanks for this video!
i bought a Kuppet large model because i didn't feel safe going to the laundry mat because of the pandemic going on, i love it, i wish i would have bought it sooner
I just both one yesterday! I live in London in a small studio flat laundromat costing me £6 for big load and £3 for drying clothes. Twice a month equals £18 equals $23! It’s just crazy expensive! I payed £139 for a washer I know that prices went up during pandemic but I’m still super happy cannot wait to receive this Saturday! I both on Amazon uk .
I paid £70 recently for the version without the separate spinner as I already own an excellent Thomas centrifugal spinner- seemed silly to buy the bigger unit and I also have little space. How are you getting on with it? I do have a full size washer but I’m using this in an effort to save on electric-so instead of using the quick programme on my large washer I’m using the mini washer. I noticed on my large washer that it only washed for 3 mins of a 15 minute cycle and I wasn’t convinced things were clean, but they are very clean from the mini washer after a 6 minute wash and the power reader I used barely moved whilst the mini washer was on. The cost appears to be a fraction of using my full size washer.Fingers crossed 🤞it will help with the current crazy power price hikes! I had to use a launderette last year when a flood wiped out the electricity in my kitchen. It was horribly expensive and long winded . Waiting for the one larger washer I preferred was a pain and it was taking hrs out of my day as a career. I went in there last week to wash some heavy items and was shocked to see the machine I use has become £10 a load and the driers- you only get half the time you used to for a pound, so drying cost is now about £6 ( instead I dragged the stuff h8me and dried it in the garden in the hot weather- can’t do that in winter though!) Being bake to use this at home whenever you want and being able to do other things during the process is great!
Hey Jenny, love the video I'm a student living in an apartment, so I get trying to save as much money possible haha. I used to go to a laundromat to wash my clothes but not too long ago I bought one of those twin tub washers. The one I have can take about 22lbs of dry laundry so it is a big machine. The reason I bought it is because I was my comforter every 3 weeks haha. But so far it's a great machine. I believe I paid around 300$ for it. And it cleans my clothes really well.
I know this is an older video but I wanted to thank you for taking the time to show us this convenient method while saving money. I'm going to show this to my lady, again your demonstration was very informative. New subscriber :), God bless you. 👑🙏🏾
i have a normal washer but i bought this as my hubby uniform is white and he wants to change very often, so i bought this for small qty of clothes. the washer sent today, didn't expect the size, i thought smaller. i place it in my dry toilet, however, it really does a good job, very happy with the purchase, i hope it lasts
I save the water from my regular washing machine (1 wash, 2 rinses) to water my vegetables in the garden, have the pump nose running out my window and down into a water barrel. I also use the water that drips from my AC, will fill a 40 gallon cat litter bucket a day in Summer for the garden. I have run a tube from my tub out the window to a rain barrel and save that water, think siphoning gas from a car. Once the water starts flowing, I put the tube in the rain barrel and save that water. In Southern CA, it is too hot and too much water wasted going down the drain that can be used for other things.
I usually use an actual washing board to wash shirts for the next day. they dry on my radiator in my small apartment, but it does the job. this machine looks doable and small enough to store away. Thanks again.
I have been using a portable washer myself since last April. Under my seniors apartment rules, we're not allowed to hookup a washing machine. Since I have severe eczema I ignore the rules. I can get away with this because my machine DOES look like a toy! That's what I tell folks if and when they ask: "it's a toy. " - "So, what does it do?" - "Washes my undies and t-shirts and flour-sack towels." - "What about jeans?" - "Uhmmmmm...no. (I lied). - "What about sheets and stuff?" - "A load like that? Are you joking? It's just a bloody toy!?" (Yes, it can, but I won't tell THEM that") - "Well, why did you buy it when you have a REAL machine downstairs?" - "It was cute." (I don't tell them that my little plastic "toy" gets my clothes cleaner than the monster machine downstairs that takes my money and gives my nothing in return!) My "toy" is similar to yours. If I had to evacuate because of some natural disaster, it would be the FIRST thing I'd grab. It was such a drag having to wait until payday to do laundry for lack of coins (and NOW there's a coin shortage!😡). Also tired of earlier tenants's residual detergents, bleach, and harsh additives all lingering in the community machines and making my eczema worse. So I bought this little powerhouse "toy," based on your review and similar reviews. Best purchase I've made in a LONG, LONG time. Sure beats a washboard 🤗😁 (Just kidding 😺).
Haha!!! My landlord doesn’t allow washing machines either! I plan to hide it under a blanket and move it to the bedroom if he or the super needs to come in for any reason. If I can’t hide it fast enough, I’m totally going to say, “Oh....it’s just a TOY!!!” Or like, “Oh....it’s for an art project.” I love your excuses haha. 🤣🤣 Glad the machine is serving you well!! I just went to a “real” laundromat for the first time in forever to wash my winter jackets, but sure beats going once a week or something crazy like that!
@@PinchAPennyWithJenny I was thinking maybe your channel was worth subscribing to, but now I know it is not. While I have to go to the laundromat because of the kind of sewer system we have here in the apartment building, I'm not about to LIE to anyone just to have the convenience of a tiny machine at home. Granted, you live in a far more dangerous city than do I, but again, lying isn't worth the tiny gain of "money saved."
@@jb6712 Hi Joyce, Everything was said in a joking kind of way. This is not a regular sized machine and it doesn't hook into any pipes. That is what is not allowed. Instead, it works via an outlet (much like any other electronic device, or like my fish tank) hence it's a "toy." It's the giant full-size machines that are not allowed.
Just found this channel and I thought the name, "pinch a penny with Jenny" was super catchy and cute. The opener with the penny sealed the deal for me.
@@PinchAPennyWithJenny Would love for you to make a video on how you got the idea for your UA-cam channel. You obviously have a creative mind cause that jingle and animation sucked me right in. Content is awesome too!
Next holiday I buy the room mate soft ear plugs. Thank you for sharing I have spent three day looking at portable washers for our little camper we are going to make.
Here in the UK the cost of electricity has gone bonkers. I’m using the smaller version of this ( no so erase spinner on the side) because I already have a top notch centrifugal spinner that gets things virtually dry. I’m using the mini washer to do under wear, cleaning cloths ( not together!) and gym gear that can’t wait until I do a full load in my full-size washer. I have a lower reader and it barely moves when I use the mini washer. Sometimes I soak things overnight before washing in the mini washer for a few mins and rinse them in there. I’m really hoping it will save Le tricky as my predicted monthly gas and electric bill is going to be higher than my mortgage payment!
I bought Jenny's second choice washer recommendation today from the description. (The Super Deal/Zeny) Just arrived today and I already did like 8 mini loads! So far so good. I hope it lasts a few years. I paid $160 but other you-tubers said they paid between 70-100 so I guess the prices are going up on these things.
Hope you enjoy it! Mine is still going strong! I do wish it was bigger, especially with Fall/Winter clothes being bulkier, but just have to do more loads. 😊
@@PinchAPennyWithJenny Yeah the spin dryer is the part that's really lacking for me...or the fact that's it's not a real heat dryer. I bought two drying racks from target, (only $15 ea.) but I'm totally out of room in my shoe box apartment lol! I'm probably gonna buy a Panda dryer or similar if I get tired of the damp clothes everywhere 24/7 lol Thanks for your video btw :)

Isn't it so much better to be able to do your own laundry with your own little washing machine and spinner than paying a lot and having to haul all your clothes somewhere else and being around a bunch of weird strangers? I think these little washing machines are totally underrated honestly and I have a similar one myself and I love it!
@@PinchAPennyWithJenny cool and I'm glad it's still working because sometimes the kinda cheap Chinese made affordable stuff can go haywire fairly easily even though anything can go haywire obviously and break but that's awesome and yours looks really cute too, I have a slightly bigger blue and white best choice one that still works good for me that I got years ago for only $89 at the time on Amazon that's a lot more expensive now I think but at first when I used it for just a little bit it quit draining but I opened the back up and I noticed that this ribbon thing became detached and I just reattached it and then it started draining again so it worked good again after that but thanks for sharing your video!
I would wash the clothes in soap water, then directly to the spinner to spin most of the soap-water out(you missed out this part), then back in the washer-section...THEN add clean water to rinse, then back to the spinner. Then hang.
Oh, I had a 16lb capacity one...but I lost it, and now I'm gonna need another one. This time I'm getting one about your size. 6+ lbs and leave it and use it in my large Stall shower, that way it's easier to drain the water out? But I have to ateast, they are wonderful🌸. I'm limited in my mobility, so these are a God send🙏 I have my Apartment brand new Laundry machines like only 30 feet from my front door..but there's no a/c inside, and on a bad day, my legs just hurt too much! I love the size of that one, as you can wash like 2 pairs of jeans at once!👌👌
I live in a van, thereby space and water are limited. I use a. Salad spinner modified with a drain hose for laundry. I start by separating whites, colored, and darks, starting with the whites, add water and cleaning products, adjitate a bit, let soak, then look for spots, clean any stubborn spots with a bar of soap, then agitate again, then I have two buckets, I drain the soapy water into one bucket (5 gallon from Lowe's or Home Depot), then spin as much soapy water out as I can. Next I add a cap full of vinegar to the rinse water, agitate, drain and spin the rinse water into the second bucket. Remove the whites, but before you hang them up to dry, put, the second load in the spinner, add the saved soapy water and start them soaking while you hang the previous batch to dry, agitate the next batch, drain, rinse, you should see how this goes by now. It saves time, money, & water, see, grandparents wasn't that dumb, after all.
I fill mine with a bucket. Goes faster than the shower hose. I also put it right in the tub. That works best for draining it so I don’t have to have it on top of something.
@@PinchAPennyWithJenny I put the whole blanket on a bucket. I put a corner of the blanket in to the wash as much as it still be able to move well. Drain the water and took of the clean part back to the backet and do the to the other corners lastly the middle part. However the rising is in my shower
I bought mines a yr ago for just $100 off of FB market practically brand new and I LOVE IT! In a yrs time not bringing my laundry to the mat etc. I save $240.00+ a yr. I also got the magic chef dryer the 2.6. Great for socks towels etc.
@@PinchAPennyWithJenny you def should! i hang dry mostly besides socks undies etc and use it for a few min to fluff and get it more soft rather than having them feel like they been hung dry. it was def worth the cost for me. & not to mention love the smell of a dryer in a warm house :)
Had a blue one like yours. Had it for three or four years. I'm now 65 and it got too heavy to lift in and out of the tub. Recently bought a single tub one that washes and spins all in one!! Love doing my laundry whenever I want!!!❤❤❤
Hello I came across this video and I'm so thankful for finding it. I to live in New York City and I to spend too much money washing my clothes I've already ordered the machine in the drying rack thank you so much♥♥♥♥ FYI we should order these in bulk and sell them to New Yorkers we would probably make a killing 😘
I actually have one; was the only one with one in the building. The problem is my neighbors. They're thinking that we're wasting water and was given an ultimatum that if we used it, we'd be evicted. Their machine costed $7.50~$8.50 per wash and it barely cleaned anything 😥. My machine is in the box itself as I speak; hasn't been touched since 4 years ago. Seriously can't wait to move out..
So the only problem with that kind of stupid thinking is that your bathtub holds more water than this machine EVER will. Wait until you hear the neighbors leave for the day and get your wash thing on!
That plastic thing in spinner that you put away, is to put on your wet clothes when you transfer your wet clothes from washer side. Then you press it down to hold your wet clothes in place. It's to prevent clothes from spinning out of the tank.
Yes that's correct! If you don't do that then you could have a sock or a pair of underwear spin up and out of the spinner then get stuck between the spinner and the inside. Good luck trying to retrieve it without having to take the whole thing apart...
The shower head idea is genius, I'm gonna do that! I've been watching these videos to see if I REALLY need to hook it up to my sink every time. I thought to use a bucket but this is better. Also, I watched the entire video and it was making me crazy that you had it facing backwards. I knew there must be a reason and I got to the end and saw the power cord wrap and that must be why, right? Easier to access. Does your roommate get bothered easily? Because you weren't exactly being loud. Eye roll to the roommate but thanks for the video.
Hahaha I had it backwards because the draining hose is located on the RIGHT side, but the bath tub is on LEFT side. So it needs to be rotated the other way in order for the hose to reach the bath tub hehe.
Hey thanks for the video. I just ordered mine trying to figure it out. Do you do two rounds of washing and two rounds of spinning? Also do you use cold or warm water? Thanks.
I like to use warm water. Nowadays I only do 1 round of washing, and 2 rounds of spinning. So I put 100% of the clothes in the washing compartment for washing. And then for drying, I put 50% of the clothes in round 1, and the other 50% in round 2.
My shower head does have an on/off button, but I still need to turn off the water source. Otherwise, wouldn’t the water just…keep flowing? 🤣 I’m probably making no sense. 😂
I got a mini washing machine but a black and decker one it just automatically washes the clothes though it works pretty decent it's a bit larger than yours
Haha yes! You’re absolutely right. I’m looking for a platform that is the right height (need it to be the same height as the bathtub or just slightly higher), but haven’t come across one yet that would be sturdy enough AND can serve as storage to maximize the space in the bathroom. Right now, I’m just using a clear container. One day, the lid is going to cave in on me. 🤣
@@carmellelapointe7583 I haven't been able to find a night table wide enough. Trying not to spend too much money on another piece of furniture (I just moved last year and I had to get a whole bunch of furniture). But if you have one to recommend, I might consider it hehe. Yes, there's a lint catcher that comes with the machine. I showed it briefly in the video. Because the loads are small, usually there's not much lint though. Someone in the comments recommended wrapping a panty hose around the draining hose.
Some Extra tips if necessary: 1. Use a laundry net, if not all your clothes are caught in each other at my experience. 2. For dirtier clothes you can also fill the tube with your clothes and laundry detergent and let it wash for 5 minutes, then wait 2 hours to let the detergent make its job and then wash again for 15 minutes. I have still not found a way to prevent lint or dust sucessfully at my washing machine unfortunatly (theres also missing the build in lint catcher), youre only using the build in lint catcher or something else?
Does Approximately 6-8 T-Shirts per Washing Load Larger Items like Jeans or Towels are washed individually as they get tangled with one another if washed together. Great buy for myself
FULL REVIEW !!!! I got one of these machines when i moved to live alone and go to university. I keep it in my shower cause that is where i also use it. Washing clothes here is a minimum of 4 euros and you don't pay less or more for having less or more laundry. I bought the mini washing machine for 100 euros. there are a lot of crappy once. the one she is using is very similar to mine and mine very good. but i do recomend reading reviews and getting one with both a washing and a spinning bin. some come as a combo and those break very fast. ( the spinner stops working fast on those) so get the double bin type. it also works faster doing laundry. i have mine for about 2 years now and it still runs the same. They are perfect for if you live alone or in a dorm. i hate going to a laundry mat. 1 its expensive and i don't make enough laundry to make a full machine. But when i build up my laundry pile it can start to smell after a while. so doing a small wash 1 or 2 times a week is perfect for me. It removes things like sand and mud pretty easily. if you put sweaters in it. u might have a lot of pilling build up( so the drain can get clogged but doesnt happen often). u can ad one of those pilling catchers in there. it is usually not a big deal but something to keep in mind when washing whool. it is extremely gentle. so perfect for fragile pieces. u can do really really cold washes as well. it doesnt remove things like dye like ink or tomato stains very well. you do have to prepare the stains a bit before washing it. it is great if u do a lot of sports and u want to just wash it fast and effective but not have to pay for a new wash cycle at the laundry mat every time. sometimes the spinner doesnt spin well from the start. that is not a problem it just means that there is to much weight on 1 side and u need to redistribute the clothes and start it again. ull know when its incorrect cause it would start to clunk more then it will spin. They are not as bad as people often think. i say compared to my parents real washing machine they work about 80% as well as that one does. Yes it is not a real washing machine but for the prioce. how eco friendly it is how much water u safe and how easy it is to use. i think it is a great thing to have. people have used it just as kind of a temporary machine for until they have a real one and a lot of students use it to save money. and often student homes dont have a place to put a real one anyway. i used to sometimes wash my clothes by hand but this is nothing compared to that. it is way more effective. my last final tips are. dont use as much liquid ditergent as u think u might need. it is a much smaller bin so you don't need as much also i fund that water does turn the color of the clothes pretty fast and i have had mroe color tranfer issues with this machine then a normal one. so seperate ur dark/white /color and ur red fabrics. the machine drains with gravity meaning that it will only drain when the drain tube is either on the ground next to the machine or the machine is higer up and u can hang the drain tube downwards. when filling the tub with water. idk if hers does have this but mine has slits at the top so when the water reaches the slits it drains out of the drain tube. this is great because this means i can add my shower head in the bind and not have to worry about it spilling over when i look away for a bit. depending on ur water presure it might take a littel while 1 to 3 min i would say for it to be fully filled with water. If you want to wash things like towels and bedsheets this also works really well. but do keep in mind that u need to put in less that you would with clothes. This is because the spinning happens from the bottom. there is a wheel that spins that makes the water spin. if there is no room for the water to move it wont work as well as it can. so with large items put in less even tho it might weigh less than ur normal laundry.
WOW!! Your review is better than mine! haha. 😂 Yes, mine has slits at the top. Just make sure the drain tube is pointing down towards the tub and you don't have to worry about it overflowing. I also agree that it doesn't remove stains well. Stains should be pre-treated (but even for full-size machines you'll likely have to pre-treat stains anyway). Thanks for the extensive written review. You nailed everything!
@@PinchAPennyWithJenny haha thanks :D i just thought some comments seemed a little pre judged. some machines are really bad but so far this one has been great :D

not sure if you know but you can rinse your clothes in the spin section. Spin the clothes to get the soap out, then add water to the spinner for a minute or two (it will drain as you add the water in) then spin one more time. saves on water and time as you can wash and rinse/spin at the same time, so 2 loads at once :) You can do 3 loads in under 30 min ;)

Hey Jenny, love the video
I'm a student living in an apartment, so I get trying to save as much money possible haha.
I love mine so much, I’m thinking about upgrading to a larger one soon! More than broke even by now. ☺️
Which one did you purchase Zechariah?
I know this is an older video but I wanted to thank you for taking the time to show us this convenient method while saving money. I'm going to show this to my lady, again your demonstration was very informative. New subscriber :), God bless you. 👑🙏🏾
You’re very welcome! ☺️☺️
When I was growing up in the Soviet Union, my mother had such a machine. So nice! Love the video!
Very cool! I'm still using mine. :)
i have a normal washer but i bought this as my hubby uniform is white and he wants to change very often, so i bought this for small qty of clothes. the washer sent today, didn't expect the size, i thought smaller. i place it in my dry toilet, however, it really does a good job, very happy with the purchase, i hope it lasts
I've had a portable washer/dryer set b4 but not as small as this. I just ordered one! Can't wait to use it! 😊
Let me know what you think of it!!
I put my drying rack by the radiator! Works for me. ☺️
- "So, what does it do?"
- "Washes my undies and t-shirts and flour-sack towels."
- "What about jeans?"
- "Uhmmmmm...no. (I lied).
- "What about sheets and stuff?"
- "A load like that? Are you joking? It's just a bloody toy!?" (Yes, it can, but I won't tell THEM that")
- "Well, why did you buy it when you have a REAL machine downstairs?"
- "It was cute." (I don't tell them that my little plastic "toy" gets my clothes cleaner than the monster machine downstairs that takes my money and gives my nothing in return!)
My "toy" is similar to yours.
Pinch a Penny with Jenny Feels SO GOOD to get one over on the landlord! 😎
@@Mimeh53 😂There are worse things a tenant can do...other than own a toy laundry machine! haha.
I'm glad you like the jingle! I need to post more videos...but you know, busy making money and pinching pennies haha.
@@PinchAPennyWithJenny Would love for you to make a video on how you got the idea for your UA-cam channel. You obviously have a creative mind cause that jingle and animation sucked me right in. Content is awesome too!
Thank you! I have already decided I can do fine with one of these. I'm a widow and retired...less laundry with lots more time to do it!
Wow! Hope that electricity bill goes down soon. Higher than your mortgage payment. 😭
It's called greed unfortunately..the companies are becoming billionaires off the back of people's suffering
BOY,! THATS BRILLIANT,! YES A GOOD WAY TO SAVE MONEY..
I love that you use the Talente jar, I use them to freeze soup and leftovers, I live them and it is an excuse to have gelato
TOTAL excuse to eat gelato haha! And they're high quality jars too (without being glass). They're a little pricey, but they do go on sale. :D
EExcellent review I really appreciate you showing stuff and not talking our ears off thank you Jenny
Wow this is so cute I'm getting one
Let me know how you like using it!
That washer is a great money saver. It is also so cute!!
@Zebra Lady75 and how much u save on electric bills
I'm probably gonna buy a Panda dryer or similar if I get tired of the damp clothes everywhere 24/7 lol
Thanks for your video btw :)
@@totigerus Yeah I totally get what you mean. I have clothes hanging in the kitchen right now haha. I've been looking at dryers too, but haven't purchased one yet. I've been eyeing the Costway one: amzn.to/3Aom4cN
Just wondering about the venting and how that's going to work with my window.
Isn't it so much better to be able to do your own laundry with your own little washing machine and spinner than paying a lot and having to haul all your clothes somewhere else and being around a bunch of weird strangers? I think these little washing machines are totally underrated honestly and I have a similar one myself and I love it!
YES!! Definitely. I'm still using it today.
Then hang.
Bravo. I'm looking forward to following your advice when my washing machine is delivered
I love it I have a wonder wash for years and loving it, good job girl😍Gilbert, AZ
I just got mine 2 wks ago I love it
Cost
Love all your shows .
Going to be buying this .. saves time and money with two small kids
Especially great for kids clothes!! Can definitely fit more than adult clothes haha. Good luck!
AGREE!! It’s very expensive to wash in the DMV areas as well- especially DC & MD.
Thank you, love from Alaska. We too have a motorhome and this would be cool. 👍 Happy New Year!!
Thanks. Im ordering one.
I fill mine with a bucket. Goes faster than the shower hose. I also put it right in the tub. That works best for draining it so I don’t have to have it on top of something.
A bucket works too! I find that the machine "wobbles" when I put it directly in the bathtub. I think my bathtub is just smaller and not flat haha.
I actually. Washed my big blanket in quarters each corners 4 times and finally the middle part at last. It worked very well
Wait, how does that work? Wouldn't the blanket be dangling out on the edge and water get everywhere? haha.
@@PinchAPennyWithJenny I put the whole blanket on a bucket. I put a corner of the blanket in to the wash as much as it still be able to move well. Drain the water and took of the clean part back to the backet and do the to the other corners lastly the middle part. However the rising is in my shower
I’m subscribed and receiving this machine for my birthday next week. Thanks J
Happy birthday!!! ☺️💐
Hi there! By any chance doyou have a link to the machine that you purchased? Is it the same one as in the video?? I can't find it :/
I bought mines a yr ago for just $100 off of FB market practically brand new and I LOVE IT! In a yrs time not bringing my laundry to the mat etc. I save $240.00+ a yr. I also got the magic chef dryer the 2.6. Great for socks towels etc.
That's awesome!! I've been looking at the magic chef dryer too haha. Although I haven't made the purchase yet....maybe soon!
@@PinchAPennyWithJenny you def should! i hang dry mostly besides socks undies etc and use it for a few min to fluff and get it more soft rather than having them feel like they been hung dry. it was def worth the cost for me. & not to mention love the smell of a dryer in a warm house :)
I live in NY!🙂 I'm happy I found your channel. New subbie here.🙋♀️
Oh yay! Another New Yorker who can relate to overpriced everything. :D
New york mom of 3 and I love mine
The kind of portable washer that I have doesn't have a lint catcher made into it. But I do grab it from the washing part. Just 💘 it.
Thank you for this. I was looking for a video on how exactly this works and I found you.💃Definitely buying. ❤️🇰🇪
I need this for my camper!
It'll be perfect for a camper!
I have one of these. Love it. I use it to do laundry for a family of 3. I use it in my bathtub.
Glad it works for a family of 3 too!! ☺️
Great review! I did one with a Zeny too. I'm in the Bronx and oh man has mine come in handy. I didn't know it came in 💜
Had a blue one like yours. Had it for three or four years. I'm now 65 and it got too heavy to lift in and out of the tub.
Recently bought a single tub one that washes and spins all in one!! Love doing my laundry whenever I want!!!❤❤❤
That's great to hear! 🙂
Let me know how it turns out!!! ☺️
Oh so true! As a fellow Yawker I get it!
Ty for showing rinsing ur clothes I thought I was the only one
Yes! I want to get the soap out haha.
Omg that’s horrible!! Those neighbors sound annoying. I’m assuming you live in a place where the water bill is split? 🙁
F upped neighbors
So the only problem with that kind of stupid thinking is that your bathtub holds more water than this machine EVER will. Wait until you hear the neighbors leave for the day and get your wash thing on!
Great job. Detailed and to the point. Respectfully... Your very pretty.
Your intro is too cute. Very nice video. Thank you.
I just purchased mine and I freaking love it!!
May I know how much is it?
Thanks for the video. I was on the fence about this until I saw the lintel filter. Thank you for posting.
So it needs to be rotated the other way in order for the hose to reach the bath tub hehe.
very good i have one works for me in london
Hey thanks for the video. I just ordered mine trying to figure it out. Do you do two rounds of washing and two rounds of spinning? Also do you use cold or warm water? Thanks.
I like to use warm water. Nowadays I only do 1 round of washing, and 2 rounds of spinning.
So I put 100% of the clothes in the washing compartment for washing.
And then for drying, I put 50% of the clothes in round 1, and the other 50% in round 2.
@@PinchAPennyWithJenny Thanks. Do you rinse the clothes right after the washing and before the spinning?
@@alexf6021 Yes I do!
I love this review but if you want something bigger get a keeper washer and spinner it can wash big blankets and alot of clothes about 180$ on Amazon

Hahaha it's good for baby clothing for sure, and babies go through a lot!

ok I have a washer and dryer , but this is so cute I want this "toy" lol
I have a portable washer too and love it. 🙋🏼
I never knew a thing like this was available.
Thank you for making this known to me. Subbed.
3:23 - You can buy detachable shower heads with an on/off button. No need to turn off the water source.
My shower head does have an on/off button, but I still need to turn off the water source. Otherwise, wouldn’t the water just…keep flowing? 🤣 I’m probably making no sense. 😂
Thank You so much! My instructions were not very clear to me with the product. I had water all over the place, causing more money at the laundry. 👍
Glad this video helped you!! Yeah, sometimes written instructions are unclear.
Neat Gadget to Own im planning on getting my new portable Washer & Dryer now. ☺
Jenny is adorable 🥰
I got a mini washing machine but a black and decker one it just automatically washes the clothes though it works pretty decent it's a bit larger than yours
pretty cool, been looking for one that small. thank you
Your washer will be alot sturdier on a better platform...lol
I have mine on a little table and use a bucket. Works great, no shaking😉
@@PinchAPennyWithJenny I use a little night table. Do you use lint catchers in the washer??
@@carmellelapointe7583 I haven't been able to find a night table wide enough. Trying not to spend too much money on another piece of furniture (I just moved last year and I had to get a whole bunch of furniture). But if you have one to recommend, I might consider it hehe. Yes, there's a lint catcher that comes with the machine. I showed it briefly in the video. Because the loads are small, usually there's not much lint though. Someone in the comments recommended wrapping a panty hose around the draining hose.

I like washing clothes like this. After doing laundry just hang dry
Yup! And it saves electricity too. I am still using it years later. 😊
I wish I knew about these when I was apartment living
Easy explanation, thinking of getting one. 😊
Some Extra tips if necessary:
Yes awesomeee i have it too ...its great i learn watching your channels thank u
Very helpful thank you
Well her voice is relaxing
Does Approximately 6-8 T-Shirts per Washing Load
Larger Items like Jeans or Towels are washed individually as they get tangled with one another if washed together.
Great buy for myself
I wash the bath mat individually, and also towels individually too (they also get really heavy when wet).
Hi Jenny, thanks, money Mom sent me! 🙂
