Sweet Chipotle Salmon | POV Cooking

Subscribe for more. Chipotle salmon with sweet and sticky glaze. First the skin is crisped up in cast iron and then finished under the broiler. The glaze starts to caramelize under the broiler which really takes this to another level. Served it with some spaghetti with clam sauce. I'll make a recipe of that later on.
The glaze is so easy, just honey with chipotles in adobo. Easy, quick, and delicious.
