- Hey Good People,
We finally caught one in action! My wife and I had been suspecting one of the car hauler guys have been hitting cars in the parking lot and running!

Alex The Car Nurse here and I have a solution for your mail boxes. Young asses in the neighborhood used to consistently run over mail boxes with their car. You’d see the tire tracks in the grass and in snow in the winter. After three my dad took it as a sign to have someone come do his dream brick one. I convinced him let me put up one more plastic one. Drilled a decent hole with with a hole saw bit and filled that hollow plastic mailbox with cement. Well we figured out who did it and it put a stop to it on the account of they couldn’t collapse it by running it cover because the cement wasn’t just the base but through the whole mail box. Update your mail boxes to the cheap plastic hollow ones.😊

Happy Anniversary! Glad you caught that hit and run. Consider putting up a few cameras, they are getting cheaper with the wireless ones, and I know you have internet. That way you will catch every one that does it. That path is tight for big rigs, but that is not your problem. You may want to try and avoid parking in those end spots. I know, you need every spot, but that may be something to do to help avoid the issues. I was using a big truck (not like those) for a co. I was with years ago, and had to make a tight turn. If I would have had the radio playing I would have never known I clipped a car. I heard it and did the right thing, I could have just left and never gotten caught. I have a conscious and have to sleep at night. Good video
Alex I tell you all the time with proper maintenance 200k is nothing ! 292k on my 3rd gen 4Runner (2000) lifted 5 inches on 33 inch Mickey Thompson tires still runs like it did new ! Averages 18 mpg mostly city ! My mechanic said it’s one of the smoothest and best ruining trucks he works on ..

As a car hauler i can say most places that want cars delivered to them dont have adequate parking or access for the truck we use. Ive never hit a car or anything for that matter but i can see how these guys get them selfs in trouble by trying to load or unload in the parking lot vs the street. If i cant get in the parking lot my job is to deliver the car its now the customers responsibility to get it into the shops lot

During the pandemic, when used cars were sky high and when shops were 🦗🦗🦗, they were taking any work they could get. My local Ford dealer did a transmission/clutch rebuild and a power brake booster upgrade on my 1965 Mustang at $90/hr back in 2020. They were desperate for any business during the lockdown.

You need to add a camera in the front where you have the customer and employee cars parked.
Try and get a good quality HD camera, also one looking towards the mail boxes, incase you can’t see the plates you can get any company logos too.

That's messed up
Set up a camera that views who enters and exits your lot. One camera in each direction that will record license plate numbers. Then set up a third camera of the overall area of your lot or use two or three cameras if you have to. Then if any vehicles enter your lot and damage vehicles and/or property you have it on camera along with the license plate. If they do a hit and run then call the Police and press charges for hit and run.
Y’all went Dukes of Hazzard on that hit and run driver. I love it!!!

I dont know about that generation... but they still make trim peices for 7th generation civics... I could walk into the honda dealership for my 04 civic and ask for EXTERIOR mouldings.... That wouldn't happen at the dealer I work for... Chrysler is quick to discontinue parts.

i got a 2022 ram and it is in and out of the dealership for warrenty work.... my 18 civic hasnt broke a single time ..not once since i bought it.... actually i only had to replace the AC condensor but that has nothing to do with driveability..... honda 💪💪💪💪💪💪💪

This is why I hate dealerships.. They are for the most part bad. They put a used engine with almost 300k miles. Thats ridiculous.. people stop paying market adjustments and do your research and a pre purchase inspection.

Bad fuel in the Caddy? Bad injectors? I cant say for sure, but ive never had a fuel pump control module go bad all those years i worked for GM. Anything is possible, but i never saw one, not likely.
