材料:
2 磅BACK RIBS, 1.5头蒜 (12瓣),1小匙盐,一小匙糖,1/2小匙白胡椒粉,一个蛋黄,1小匙玉米淀粉,一杯土豆淀粉,1小匙蒜粉,一小匙小苏打(可选),5杯炸油
