I'm just discovering Byron Katie. I can't believe I haven't found her sooner. I feel a different hope in these teachings. This is after years of listening to many teachers. It's the kind of information that's so profound and so true and simple that I wonder why I haven't figured it out on my own. But I'm grateful non the less. Eternally grateful.
