Great video! Just got my Ktuner from TSP with the Stage 1 tune and loaded the tune from my car. Went through all the steps , but didn’t know I had to hold cancel again to lock in the tune.. I was driving around with my RPMs at 3000 for 20 minutes not moving 😂. !! Thanks for all the information ! Now I can properly set the tune .
Haha that’s funny! Glad you were able to find my video lol
Very informative video. I've been looking at an accord 2.0 manual, but unfortunately they've become harder to find.
So I've looked at the civic si and considered just changing the mapping to get a bit more fun from it. Thankfully this video has given me a lot in regards to my 2nd option.
Thanks dude
Simple base tune from Hondata, at least, opens up the Si a lot. So much more fun. I'm sure Ktuner has free base maps too, but a lot of people do go for this TSP tune.
Nice video. This was really helpful!
One of the best videos on this tune. I have had it for a year on my 17 Si. I absolutely love it. I have the original clutch on 55k miles without a single slip. You are right. Dont beat your clutch. It can last. Im proof of that.
Dave Ortiz I appreciate that! Thanks for watching!
I have intake downpipe and full exhaust. I have 106000 on mine the clutch has been doing just fine until I put the tsp stage one one mine. I instantly slipped. Just for a frame of reference. Also on Hondata instead of k- tuner
2017civic hatchback that also could have been since you already had 106000 on the clutch
Good review, I’m currently testing the TSP1 for the 11thgen Civic SI!
No one cares for 11th gen Si!
Very informative. I'm planning on getting a 10th gen Si. Also, nice to see another South Floridian :)
Haha that’s awesome! Thanks for watching.
@@AGVAuto No problem :)
That stage 3 looks sweet🤩
I guess my Fk7 lx would not be that high in hp/torque
Great video bro
fc1_si detailing thanks for watching brotha!
Informative video
Have you ever considered making a video going more into details regarding mods and what they do/if they're worth it?
For those new the mod world, such as I, it would be super helpful. Especially in knowing what is worth the investment for power or if specific mods are just aesthetic.
Example - someone like me interested in remapping, but unsure if it would be worth adding a CIA/short ram, intercooler/exhaust etc if my civic si is going to be for daily driving/no racing in mind but having extra fun over the weekends
hey man. i just installed tsp stage 1+ to my 2017 si. knock control is rising at 10-20. the mods ive put so far are mishimoto CAI, mishimoto front intercooler, uppipe and maperformance downpipe.
Hey man great video have a few questions, do u have to keep changing maps everytime u start the car, and does it affect the mpg? Thanks bro
Ive got the stage 1 tsp.On the third setting does yours sound like its fluttering . I have Hondata so I dont get the option of the 3 different settings but when I get on it I get this sound... It absolutely rips. Clutch is definitely slipping tho. It sound like "fut fut fut fut fut". Can a clutch slip so bad that it is audible? I got so worried I detuned it.
hey anyone know what the normal numbers for knock control is ? it usually stays at 0.49 , but when i started up my car later on that day it was at 0.63
how do u enable rev hang? i have tsp stage 1 and i was just curious how u turn it on and off while driving?
What’s the best launch 3000rms or 3500?
Thank you for the video. Wish the steering wheel was up so I could see the speed
Thanks for watching! Sorry, I didn’t realize that one couldn’t see it when I was recording.
I've had tsp stage 1 on ktuner for a while. It seems to have a bug in the tune? Every once in a while, especially when the car is still cold, first gear will feel too frantic and i'll have to let off it quite a bit. Then shifting into second the engine rpm will nose dive below the rev match point while the clutch is in and the car will have to jerk the engine back up to speed. It seems to be usually when the car is fairly cold and going from a stop when I least expect it. And only does it once. (usually) Anyone else experience this? Stock clutch, no other mods.
What brand are those wheels?
Wish my knock control stayed at .49 like yours like Damm 91 octane
You got lower spring or full coilovers?
Ayyo cuh line up
Matthewg3455 🤔
I’m running this tune also it’s amazing. How’s your clutch? Any slipping?
adam bonfigli not at all!
Alll day, anything under 4300 itll slip
@@dustinlovrich4422 I'm still learning. What would be the solution? A new aftermarket clutch?
Hey man how do I get my car to pop
what part of south fl , i’m in wpb
Hey Alex, I just got my PRL flex fuel kit and TSP stage 2 from TSP directly but I was unable to use your code to give you points. Anyways can you go over on how to turn off rev hang and also make a more in-depth video on the features of TSP stage 2 just like in this video? TIA
Congrats! Unfortunately the code doesn’t apply to PRL Motorsports products. However, check out my TSP Stage 2 video for more info!

First map seems to have more boost than stock, stock I see a max of 16psi, here you are getting over 18. Is my car okay? lol
Need that tune but my car only has 800 miles and I don’t want the warranty voided lol
Hey I recently gotten TSP stage 1 and install it but it doesn’t let me select different maps for some reason. I try using the cancel button like you said but won’t allow me to choose different map what should I do?
Cruise control has to be off. and you also have to hold the button down, without pressing the clutch for a bit. like 5 seconds.
I need help! I bought my ktuner from two step performance with the tsp stage 1 tune . I uploaded the base maps but I don’t see the tsp stage 1 tune. I thought it would appear underneath the base maps. I don’t know where to find the tsp stage 1 tune
Angel solis you need to open the file first and then save it to a slot or upload it directly to your ECU. It won’t automatically come on the unit itself. Hope that helps!
AGVAuto yeah...i noticed I had an email from two step performance with the tsp 1 file. Thanks
Question. I see your dash red lights flickers when getting close to shifting. Is that like a thing when using Ktuner or hondata or that is only for the 2020 models??? Cool videos by the way. I’m looking forward to tune my Si but I’m scared lol.
I believe it’s only on the newer models because I don’t remember having that feature on my 2018 Si. Btw nothing to be scared about haha, this tune is very conservative. Thanks for watching!
The red light flickers on my 2019 Si when close to redline
Mark M. Yea so it’s from 2019+ then
Yeah I have a 2018 model and I never even seen mine do it. I feel like it’s a computer thing... Honda should just send an update lol
I've heard this tune doesn't work properly on 91 octane and only on 93. We only have 91 here in the west coast so I just wanted to confirm if thats right or not?
As long as it is premium, so either 91 or 93 but best results will be on 93.
Is it wierd that I have seen 19psi on my stock 2018 Si no tune just the traction control off and the sport mode on it happens when I in the canyons or a long straightaway mostly.
Same here😳
It's normal
What is the difference between Ktuner 23 psi and TSP stage 1?
You’ll definitely feel the difference. I ended up going with the Phearable tune just because one of the 10 gen UA-camrs I watch tried both tunes and sold me on that one. But that isn’t knocking this tune. The Phearable tune has a lot more torque than the ktuner base map and pulls so much harder. The difference is night and day. I’ve heard good things about this one as well.
Good 👍 ASS job Brudda ✌.
How much HP is your car producing with those bolt ons with tsp stage 1
I really couldn’t tell you since I’ve never dyno’d the car
Which website I can find parts and mods for Civic SI K24
None doesn’t exist, trade it in
So you can do a run all stock on map 3?
Yea you can
Hope you're still around. So these cars make barely any power from bolt ons. They made almost 240whp on a bone stock Civic Si, no bolt ons?
A simple tune on a stock car can make 240 ho easily
I currently have the Tsp stage 1, Does anyone know if I will have to retune if I upgrade my Intercooler from stock?
The tune allows for other bolt ons to be added!
AGVAuto
So no retune required?
JayC you shouldn’t have to unless you see codes or something along those lines!
AGVAuto
Thanks! Appreciate the info.
do i have to change the map every time i get in the car if i want only to disable rev hang?
Sean Cruz the rev hang feature is something you enable/ disable in the tune file via KTuner or Hondata software on a computer before flashing the car. Doesn’t have to do with maps but the tune itself
@@AGVAuto Might be a dumb question, but I'm new to the Honda world. Can you disable the rev hang on the stock tune using ktuner?
@@walahmelons5504 I'm not sure I did the starter 19.5 psi tune and was able to disable rev hang
How do you think this tune would work on a cvt hatch?
I have this tune for my cvt paired up with a Race MAF PRL cold air intake and let me tell you it was night n day compared to the stock or any of the of the shelve tunes.
Julio Morales how’s the cvt transmission?
@@anthonycifuentes9957 its holding up perfectly fine so far. I have had this tune for a little over 8k miles and I have no issues.
However the only thing I've noticed is whenever I go full throttle I see my AIT and AIT2 temps go up which is a sign of heat soak. So eventually i'll be investing on an intercooler.
Julio Morales sounds awesome I’m looking to get a intercooler with k tuner this fall I was only worried about the transmission but thanks for the feedback helps a lot 💯
I gotta stop watching these videos before I end up buying one ): trying to enjoy the car as stock for a while considering I only have 1500miles.
my first mod was spring then ktuner. you will enjoy the car more and give you a smile
I just go one too I’m at 1700 miles but I’m waiting until the warranty is out to really start dumping money into it

voids waranty
Waste of time if your not gonna show the speedo
I disagree. Very informative video.
