    I'm glad you're enjoying the tune, but I'd like to clarify I never worked for TSP. Two Step Performance contracted me to develop their off the shelf calibrations. I have always been "Innovative MotorWorks," since 2008.

    This tune running E30-40 with almost Full Bolt-ons (missing big turbo (turbo tune), charge pipes/intercooler, racing maf) gaps a lot of cars. Been running it since March of 2022. I am pretty sure it is faster than a stock Type R. Stock clutch did slip at times, but if you don't bang it 24/7 it will work when it needs to. I have the RV6 CTR fly wheel with the stage 1 clutch in the box brand new, but no need to swap since the stock clutch is still working fine.

    I’ll never mod my Si lol it’s the perfect daily stock, no need to touch it except for rims. I just like watching what others do to them and see what these L15s can do. I have an evo so that’s my adrenaline rush 🤣

    Awesome review as always!! I owned a 2017 Si for two years and then I bought a 2019 Sonic Gray Pearl Type R! I kept the Si completely stock and I loved it! I also haven’t done any performance mods on my type R but am debating whether I should or not!! I am a big Honda fan and have enjoyed every Honda I have owned!! Thanks for the great video!! Keep up the amazing content! Have a great week and God bless!!

    I'm a lil confused with all this. Ive run Hondata s300 on all my old builds. Present day I drive a stock 20 civic Si flashed with hondata +9psi tune. All the fun features such as FTS, optimized turbo spool, increased throttle response, hondata traction control, constantly see 25 to 26psi boost, with Kcontrol at 54.7% on wawa 93 gas. Min kcontrol% as I read, if i turn on cruise control main and disable hondata traction control it spins 2nd and 3rd just full throttle with scramble mode. I just dont get all these different tunes out on the market. Theres not much to tune on these cars the ECU algorithm controls ignition timing and fuel ratios. No clutch slip at all maybe the hondata traction control or cause the tires just let loose if disabled. Just seems wierd to have to buy tunes, If ur interface provides the max potential already. Gusse I'll have to wait to meet a ktune competitor in person. Not that i beat the car its just nice to have all the power in my daily driving range. Also max MPG ive seen is 41.8mpg after 20 min highway driving

      @tortugagarage2000 3 роки тому

      Trust me an off the shelf tune (like tsp stage 2) will give you a huge bump compared to the stock base maps that hondata and ktuner give you. (I’ve had both) 100% worth the $120 you just gotta feel it for yourself plus the dyno charts don’t lie

    • @AGVAuto
      @AGVAuto  4 роки тому +2

      jay czyzyk because it’s a safe tune and it’s all about being smart and how hard you push your car. Obviously the more you thrash on the car the more likely something is going to break.

  • @nicholaskelley0922
    @nicholaskelley0922 4 роки тому +1

    Awesome man, thanks for making the video! I would love to get the flex fuel kit and tsp stage 2, but I already have full bolt-ones and am worried it would break the engine! 😬 I push the car pretty hard on the daily -- it's just too fun not to!

    • @AGVAuto
      @AGVAuto  4 роки тому +1

      Thanks for watching brotha! Haha I don't blame you. Don't get me wrong stage 2 is definitely a lot of fun but considering you're FBO and i'm assuming on a stock clutch, it won't do much but work against you lol

      Nicholas Kelley oh then that’s even better! But I hear you. There’s always that small chance of something happening unfortunately, but that’s with anyone especially tuned. If you’d rather have piece of mind then it’s worth not making the jump 👍🏼

    • @AGVAuto
      @AGVAuto  3 роки тому +1

      Not a dumb question at all! Absolutely! If you just want to run full 93 you can as well. The tune will adjust itself, hence the reason for the ethanol sensor.

      @@AGVAuto sweet! I'm looking at Clutches now. Probably gonna go with the FX400. Did you purchase or recommend I also get the flywheel as well?

  • @yoandysherrera5034

    So I cannot use 93 with the stage 2 till I get the flex fuel kit?

    • @AGVAuto
      @AGVAuto  3 роки тому

      I’d recommend purchasing and installing both at the same time because only running 93 octane is the practically the same power levels as TSP Stage 1 so it wouldn’t do anything for you by just flashing the Stage 2 tune.

    • @yoandysherrera5034
      @yoandysherrera5034 3 роки тому +1
