Always enjoy your videos; humorous & entertaining. Wait times on some products are ridiculous to say the least. Bassani has very good exhaust products. I've used their catless Headpipe on a 2016 Street Glide Special, 103 Twin-cam (stock engine, hi-flow air cleaner & slip-on's) that I auto-tuned with the V&H tuner about 6 years ago and worked fine.
My current 2023 RG-ST (and previous 2021 RGS) I've run the S&S 2-1 Sidewinder Exhaust [catalyst equipped on the 2021 (w/Stage-2 S&S 465 cam) and Race version (catless) on my 2023 (plan to go Stage-2 with possibly the Redshift 472 cam soon]...both worked very well. The fit & finish are spot-on, performance excellent, tunable (several baffle options) and look excellent (and hold up over time).
The Thunderheader performs well but from what I've seen on some bikes, appear to corrode, rust out prematurely. Lots of Dynas and Softails run these out here on the west coast. Not sure if it was owner neglecting maintenance (proper periodic cleaning) or low quality materials and/or processes?
Once a LR-ST has a 2-1 pipe on it (versus the OE 2-2), it would be nice if a replacement right side bag was available that is the same size as the left side bag. If a company (including HD) were to do this, I'm sure they would sell a lot of them, as I'm seeing a lot of Low Rider ST's sporting 2-1 exhausts.

I have the Bassani super bike pipe on mine. The look is perfect on the bike. Loud when you grab the throttle, not too loud at idle and cruising. Has a nice deep, unique sound to it. Full heat shields too.

A unique sound? They sound good but have become more of a mainstream sound. Nothing unique about something everyone else has
A quick tip when installing the Bassani SBP. Get the header on then check that the bag fits and locks on properly. If you can’t get the bags to fit right then adjust the bracket that holds the exhaust to the frame. The bracket has one elongated screw hole to give you some adjustment. Saves a lot of time to check the bag fit before you install the muffler.

I have a 22fxlrs in gunship. Was highly considering the Bassani SP but went with V&H competition high output in black and couldn’t be happier. Sounds very unique.. has a low bass tone with a throaty rip. I don’t see many of them either which is pretty cool

I had a Supertrap 2 into 1 on an old Sportster (1990 model)back in about 1998 which was second hand and needed polishing. Looked real good but the bike was an 883 bored to 1200 and the heads wouldn't breath enough air so I couldn't tell if it made a difference.
With that experience in mind I'd looked at two into ones again and was amaized at the prices.... then I found a used - slightly scratched but not damaged - Red Thunder pipe for my 2010 Dyna Streetbob which is now 113 inch with a welded crank and a reworked CVO topend which goes well.
It is over £1650 English Pounds new but came to me albeit with a few scratchesin the Ceracote black paint for the price of £350 off ebay ! We'll see if it works and if so then I'll polish the paint off it, if not I'll sell it on.
Thanks for the tour through Newark, although I think the roads would eat bikes and riders for falafel filling 🥧.

Really wanting a 2 into 1 that doesn't have clearance issues when running a wideband o2 sensor. Any thoughts on this?

I had a Vance & Hines 2-1 Crome on my 2020 Electra Glide . I loved the sound! I don’t know if they make stainless steel

Hi 👋, I am new to your ride out, In pursuit of madness 😂 sorry Loudness 😂 , it looks like your roads are as bad as they are the UK , I pasted my test when I was 17 back in 1967, I have had a lot British bikes, in the early 90s I had a mid life experience it started with a HD1200s , FXE 1340 , I spent a lot lot of money on that , then in 1999, I purchases my new DEUCE 1445 , then spent a L L L LOT more on it ,
1550 , cams , 45m Mikuni , and ignition system , 2-1 D-D Boom Can , this was loud, with a lot of power, on my R plate was the words,
LOUD AND PROUD, AND I was , I have been on a lot of European HOG RALLIES , if you like a can send to you some pics, I have even met Willie G , and have got all their Autographs, 2002/3 Barcelona, sadly I had to sell my bike in 2019 do to my ex female partner, as she has scammed me for 100s £ , over the last 17/18 years of have been Building and restoring 2 properties 1 in Uk and 1 in France, and that is were I am now living, I am hoping to get another bike later in the year, I am now only about 2/3 hr from Spain , and the Alps , some of my trips were around 4000 mills,, with 21 to 27 other Bikes, sorry I have gone on to long chatting, I am now in my 70s , I hope you have got your pipes sorted out now, DD are a great pipe, Ride Safe and Flight ✈️, PHIL FROM THE DARK SIDE OF THE MOULIN FRANCE.

Sawicki Speed sounds great and performs excellently. Check out video, Just Ride,dude is running Sawicki and 475, explosive. I'm running 30/30 and waiting on Sawicki medium length.Your bike is awesome,mine is '22 black. You'll torch the dresser unless it's really hot. Wind resistance and weight kill them. I bought bassani radial sweepers for my yamaha. look great, sound beter. 4 months after instill, tons of surface rust. their website says they only warrantee coating for 90 days.....disappointed.

I have a thunderheadwr on my 2011 Dyna street bob, pipe is almost 4 years old no pitting at all maybe that one was defective or people riding with salt on the roads , cant beat it for power on thr Dyno. 12:40
Thunderheader’s are a great pipe performance wise. I’ve run them for years on Shovel’s, evo’s, twin cams and now my M8.
Imo, they have always been known for mediocre quality. Mainly poor welds, thin tubing and poor finishes.
I currently have 5k on the black one on my ‘21 FXLRS. It still looks good. Eventually I will have it cerekoted and possibly ditch the fugly heat shields. Thats a extra $350 expense that should be provided from the manufacturer for the price they charge.
They have no need to do anything. The pipes will sell themselves. If people stopped buying them maybe then!
With that 30/30 cam you should make 130hp and 130tq minimum
