We will be using this combo again was so much fun.
They sound good. I had them but I changed them to the S&S. 4 inch. Grand national skip on. They sound way better and way better torque curve on the dyno more in the low end

Nice sound however the m8 does not have the harley lope.
It a trade off for sure. My m8 has a ton of power vs my 103 but the 103 felt more alive.
@BryTheBiker I have 3 friends that had the cam changed in their m8 and boy do they sound great with a super sounding lope. They all had it done at a independent shop. Don't know what it cost them.

Tightening or not tightening the 2 bolts at the end of the exhaust doesn't allow you to adjust the distance between the pipe and fender 🤦♂️ they're held in place with rubber grommets so they're always going to shift a bit side to side. What you should've measured is the distance between the grommet and one end of the mounting bracket to ensure both pipes are sticking out the same distance

Best is subjective. I ain’t heard nuthin that bests my Tab 50 Cals…….
They are not bad pipes but I found Tabs have to much a high end that creates ringing in the ears for touring. But yes to your point best is what is best for you. Thanks for watching.
