    thx for these exercise videos for after having a stroke . these were not part of my normal stroke therapy but i find them very helpful for my core, legs and arm/shoulder strengthening. i started getting severe shoulder pain months after my stroke which my therapists said was normal after a stroke but did not provide any exercises to help condition it. this video and your other exercise videos for stroke patients has helped my range of motion for my shoulder and lessening of the pain immensely, the leg and core exercises also helped me more than the exercises i was doing at home.

    Thank you so much for sharing the above video. Please do share exercises to improve balance. When I raise my legs to the side . I invariably use my hip muscle.

    Can you sit back in the chair with your back supported to begin with? Spinal injury and trying to get back some motion.

    I loved your video. Wish to know I discharged from my hospital on 28/06 for 1 night stay observation. Discharged form noted Acute ischemic stroke. Check up appointment on 12/07 and continued with my blood clotting medications for one month. Now can I perform your video excersises. I inform my neurologist & physician Dr I can not write well like b4 & signature as well. I need to draw out cash. My Dr say keep writing 1 to ten or drawing. I forget to ask online videos exercises. Feeling very cold wearing face mask & thick sweater and all movements by ownself with walking support stick. Alot of patients. Worried & concerned get inflected Covid-19. I get infections could have or from another hospital having blood test and abdomen & pelvic test, and add on ultrasoundtest

    I don't do your knee extension extercises, as my extensor pattern spasm kicks in if I do.

    The title states Best SEATED leg exercises. This was mostly standing exercises.
