I did this exercise two days in a row, today I did it with dumbbells. Feeling good.!

Wow. Great workout. I've been suffering with back pain for several months now, since March. I've been to physical therapy, have exercises to do at home, but I still feel like I need to get stronger. I followed this workout today and it feels pretty good. I may have to incorporate this into my exercise routine.

To be honest, I never really exercised, but now (after eating raw food/vegan for the last 12 years, (I'm 60 now) I started doing your exercises, and I haven't stopped, that's almost unbelievable. So thank you for your efforts and training programs, and you also do it with passion and humor, that's wonderful! I Am sending you my appreciation from Europe, the Netherlands, and keep on doing the good work! All praise to the Creator for working on his temple!
Reading what you said is inspirational. I hope for 50+ people who read this i started working out in 1985. I actually never stopped. I was born in May of 1963. Many of my friends have fallen by the wayside. They stopped working out years ago. I'm 60, but I look like a 40 year old If it wasn't for my white hair, I could easily say I'm in my early 40s, and no one would question it. Keep up the good work.

Thank You sooo much.... With neuropathy and not being able to bend my knee due to a biking injury for over a year and a half ago.. I'm feeling a lot more flexible... Unlimited... Now I can do anything in moderation rather than I think I can or I'll try.... With my new diet and your chair exercise program I've lost 20 pounds sitting down .... 197 to 177.... AGAIN... Thank You soooooo much ❤💛💚
I think u are doing a great job with helping all people 😢😅😮bu helped me out a lot because I could not do the work out standing up. When I loss more weight then I would be able to do u can also do some work outs standing also good luck

Yes yes thanks Jonathan I came across your exercise by accident I’m 54yrs old who lost touch since loosing my son. I work from home which makes it’s worse but this is doable because I need to build my strength and want to loose my piggy tummy and flabby arms. I have joint issues and want too loose 20pounds.. thanks again

With my mobility issues, this is great workout in a chair. Sometimes I go slow, sometimes faster. This type of workout routine, I can do anytime during the day while I sit in my chair and work. 😅

I appreciate you, Donavan. The chair workouts a really helpful for me especially for doing abs without having to get down on the floor. I do these videos about once a week but want to triple that effort if I can find the time. I also use bands. If you have some good band exercises especially for flabby upper arms that would be great!
