    I would like to agree with the previous comments. I had a brainstem stroke a long time ago and lost the use of my right arm.
    Work Your M.O.T.O.R. has provided many exercise ideas for me to (hopefully) recover its use a bit!!

      I had a brain stem stroke too and lost mobility on my left side, with Prayer and determination I am walking again (with assistance, walker) so keep trying and never say you can’t, say you will.. good luck and good vibes to you 🙏🏼

    AFTER i watched this i realised its such common sense and i don't understand why none of my therapists has shown me anything like this. This has put me on a path that id been searching for. getting my hand working by degrees. telling me to practice using a knife or practice pinches with each finger to thumb was too hard a leap from where i am. i couldnt make progress because there was no pth to destination. now ive got some steps that build incrementally and a generic strategy to apply to other recovery challenges

      hold your weak hand from bottom with healty hand, or tie them togheter with something like a scarf or sholace

    That is NOT passive rom this video is assit Rom he does it on his own passive is when you can’t do it yourself

      it is passive, he's using his unaffected arm to assist the affected arm, i do the same.
