Upper body exercises are the third set are I do daily. I have completed each set and my upper body strength has improved. I have a therapist that spends 45 minutes a week. I spend every day with Work Your M.O.T.O.R for over an hour. Recovery takes work and time. I am getting better.

thx for these exercise videos for after having a stroke . these were not part of my normal stroke therapy but i find them very helpful for my core, legs and arm/shoulder strengthening. i started getting severe shoulder pain months after my stroke which my therapists said was normal after a stroke but did not provide any exercises to help condition it. this video and your other exercise videos for stroke patients has helped my range of motion for my shoulder and lessening of the pain immensely, the leg and core exercises also helped me more than the exercises i was doing at home.

We hear the word stretching, stretching should be stretched,
So what actually happens is the left side is shortened, the length of the arm, the length of the leg and more... as a result of this the body has a tendency to close to the inner side, the left hand wants to turn to the right... the new proposal is to stretch the arm, leg, with dumbbells.
And in addition, make rotations to the opposite side, that is, to the outside of the body.
Thank you, Creator of the world, thank God.
This will be a global revolution in treatment!

Absolutely and thanks for watching! You can reference our "Best Stretches for Upper Body" video where we show strategies for stretching out your fingers and palm. We will add a video soon for finger strengthening specifically - or check out some of our fine motor coordination videos. Thanks Tamara!

These exercises are the second series that I do every day. Balance, sit to transfer and confidence has improved. My pace is quicker. My legs are stronger.
