It's been a while since I've heard a good FeelsPasta.
It kinda reminds me of The Time Traveler's Wife, but it's from the point of view of the time traveler, and he can only go back, never forward.
I loved that he stayed near what would be his future home and made sure his family would be comfortable when their time comes to live there.

I love stories like this where time travel allows someone to truly be a self-made man! Excellent narration as always!

So... I have a question. Great story btw. But I'm confused. If his dad started their dynasty, wouldn't that make his uncles, aunties, grandparents, great grandparents ( to however many x's), his nephews, nieces, and siblings?
His dad didn't go back and start a family, he hired their ancestors and left them everything when he died with no family as far as anyone at the time could tell.
