    My favourite part of these classes Nicole, is that even when I tumble over and fall out of a pose, I laugh at myself rather than feeling like I messed up. You make me feel safe and like I am still doing a good job :) thank you!

    Dear Nicole, I have been doing Pilates with you for almost a year now and I am really grateful to you for the great sessions.
    I am 48 years old and I have been completely inactive for 25 years. Now that I’m doing your sessions, I have to say I’ve never felt better. I used to be a top athlete and I thought Pilates was a boring thing. Well, it’s exceptional and thanks again!

      Hey Nicole! I started doing yoga practice about 6 months ago and was looking for a new challenge. A friend suggested I try your videos and I've been doing your classes now for a couple of weeks and am absolutely LOVING them. Much more challenging than what I was doing prior.     I found myself actually smiling while I was doing some of these exercises, even though they were challenging. It just feels really good in my body to do these movements, & I can definitely tell it improves my mood throughout the day as well. Thank you, Nicole!!

    Nicole, after sifting through so many Pilates instructors on UA-cam (as I'm so so fussy) I have finally found the perfect one, YOU! Your clips are really trully wonderful, authentic, suit my needs and love your calm inner voice. I have been following many of your different workouts for past year and they are all fantastic, each and every single one. I have been doing your "Morning 20 minutes pilates" religiously which works great for me as I don't have much time in my day. However, this workout is just great and love the intensity, as some of the stretches you have included is what I normally do at the end of your session which is not incorporated in your other videos so now that they are, I will be following this routine. Thank you for all your wonderful work you do ❤🙏

    Idk why I started crying towards the end...only because I’m so touched by how gentle, graceful and encouraging Nicole is. I’ve found it really hard to get back into a regular fitness/movement regime since 2020. This workout feels so loving to my body. I appreciate you 🙏

    I have been resistance training/strength training for a long time, a decade and some change for reference. Recently, I have been struggling to enjoy it like I used to and have been finding new ways to appreciate what our bodies can do. This is my second video done with Nicole and I feel good, motivated, strong, and empowered. I overall feel more grounded and at peace. I absolutely love doing these videos even though they are quite hard for me. It was quite a shock to see how challenging these videos were for me, but I am willing to keep working through my Pilates journey because I know it’s a marathon and not a race.

    First time waking up at 5:30am to do this pilates exercise. My favourite part is the last stretch. Feeling challenged due to a hip injury i truly felt appreciative to my body during the final one movement yoga stretch. Thanks Nicole! Back tomorrow.

    This is so incredible for postpartum recovery! I have two boys, about a year apart, and my abs are still struggling, despite being 1.5 years postpartum…. These routines are so helpful to rebuild my core strength gently enough, as I can always modify when needed, but I feel so confident being able to stick with you through almost all of the moves! ❤

    I never knew my body was capable of doing the shoulder stand, i just tried and it happened, it's due to Nicole's comforting words when I failed to do some movements in different workouts that I got the courage to try even. Thanks Nicole

    I've never come across a shoulder stand in my pilates classes before! That was a challenge and I definitely couldn't do it! Aiming to improve so I can do the shoulder stand one day!

    Incredible! I've done it today for second time and I'm not scared to roll my back and legs up (at the end of workout) and feel calm but strong. Some months ago i just was looking at this videos and could only imagen to do pilates but now I wait every day just to start it with Nicole's workouts. 🌄

    Thank you for another great class. Started your sessions 5 months ago when I had some sore hips. Struggled to do lateral glute work initially but now I am strong, can lay on my sides when I sleep (which I missed so much due to pain).

    I've always wanted to do Pilates regularly to stay fit. I tried several videos on UA-cam but never found an instructor that could motivate me to commit to Pilates until I chanced upon your channel. To be honest, I wasnt immediately hooked onto your channel. I did a few sessions over a few weeks and slowly I was drawn to your calm and soothing voice. The weeks became months and I have been moving with Nicole (you) for 3 months now on a daily basis. My husband and children ask me everyday imitating your voice 'Have you Move with Nicole?' 😂😂😂. I have so much fun doing the moves and stretches with you and have gradually found myself to be stronger and more flexible. Even my mental health has improved tremendously. Im more relaxed after a session and it just sets the tone for the day. Thank you Nicole for sharing your moves with us! ☺️☺️☺️

    Such a perfect workout! I loved all of the exercises! That last one with the hips and feet up in the air was a pose I used to do all of the time ("the candle", if I remember correctly--at least that's what they called it) thank you for incorporating that one here! Really enjoyed it!!!

    Thank you for making my body feel alive again. What I love is that you explain every exercise in such a way it's easy to follow. I am 55 years old and having lower back issues plus stiffness in my joints which makes it more challenging. But I love your exercises (even If I struggle to keep up).     This class is my favourite out of all your videos. I have sciatica pain down my left side from pelvic dysfunction after childbirth. Sending my legs back over to the mat really helps my back muscles relax from spasm and sets me up for the day 🥰 thank you, Nichole 🙏

    I used to be an avid runner but I started having knee problems. I have since started doing your pilates classes regularly and am a huge fan!     Hi Nicole, thanks for your videos. I am overweight and in my 30s trying to find balance again. Tried yoga for a while but was not keen on the spiritual roots of the practice so I switched over to Pilates. I love how it targets joints as well as muscled and so much core ! I cant quite do everything yet and am taking a few breaks here and there but am thanful

    Thank you, Nicole, for an amazing contribution to the world through your classes. You teach with clarity, gentleness and such a lovely manner. I 'm reasonably fit, but am constrained in my movement by significant abdominal and back injuries. So even though I sometimes find some of the stretches/sequences/movements a bit challenging, your teaching always encourages me to persevere as far as my body allows. Such a great start to the day! 🙏🏽❤️

    Ironically and Coincidentally I was looking for a Pilates workout this morning and you just released this today!!! You read my mind so often Nicole!!!! I loved this workout for the morning. It wasn't too hard but it was still challenging. I really appreciate the warmups and cooldowns you put into your videos. UA-cam videos rarely incorporate a warmup and cooldown. In my opinion it's part of the workout and should be included. It doesn't have to be super long. Yours are just perfect. Thanks for your videos Nicole.     Hi Nicole, this is the first time I've tried a Pilates class on UA-cam and I've loved it! The pace was perfect and it was challenging enough to get our of my head and into the body but not so much to lose engagement or feel overwhelmed. I love the mix between pulses and flows throughout the class and your voice was calming while encouraging. I can't wait to try more of your workouts! Lots of Love.

    Thank you, Nicole, for the great sessions you have shared! Having done Pilates for 11 years in an exceptional studio, I had to pull out, due to a bike accident and finances. For the past 2+ years I have benefited from taking part in your Pilates classes regularly and have mentioned you to others. At 61, I don't see myself quitting your classes anytime soon. You really do a good job! 😊

    Since I found out about your new video ,I said to myself before to go to bed : So ,I am gonna wake up,eat my breakfast and do the morning Pilates routine !!
    It was really empowering! Now,I am going to clean the house and cook .
