- This video shows our 250cc inline twin cylinder two-stroke superkart engine being testing with EFI slide style throttle bodies that were design and machined by BRC. Please ignore the loose chain :)
i would love to see more videos from yall and need to see tht brc r600 street bike in action
This engine is a magnificent piece of engineering
I remember seeing one of these engines. Two stroke opposing rotation. Gear driven crankshafts. Yes, two separate cranks. I never rode the bike, I just remember the engine. I thought an RM 250 was powerful. This must be scary powerful. Scary in the good way. ;-) It would be awesome to have this engine in a street legal bike. A superkart works too. Has to be a blast. I did notice the chain. It didn't derail. What a screaming beast. Love it, Thanks. Expansion Chamber T-Shirts? :-)
I like the loose chain!
The intake phasing is off, getting blow back at certain RPM, a longer intake runner would increase torque.
now that's a good job! running sweet!
What ECU strategy are you using to calculate fuelling?
why isn't flatslide injection used more?with the stupid butterflys in the way this would be awesome for sportbikes
Sweet Music....what where the numbers ?
Transmission chain seems to lack with tension, but maybe it's normal
I wanna see this twin cylinder 2stroke on a Vespa scooter with 140 horse power
were those power runs or just warming up the motor
looks like a Rotax 256, twin tandem 125s with rotary valve intakes.
I like the "Please ignore the loose chain," in the description.
Thing is, before I read the description all I could see was the loose chain, nothing else. No motor, no dyno, no test cell just the loose chain. Does that mean I have ass burgers syndrome?
What Fuel mix does that require ?? That is easily 130 HORSE POWER ! (Not Battery Power) AWESOME !
HEY!! ;-) Don't underestimate the power of electric. No reciprocation. Think about it. VERY fast. The power supply is the "stone wall". It is being worked out. Electric is FAST!
Around 90 horsepower? Judging by the size of the cylinder is it 2x 250cc?
Its 2x 125cc as you can see by the spec sheet and title, 2x250cc would be a 500cc inline twin. It has over 100HP
