Can you hear me now? This one looks like it might be the perfect traveler mic. Right now I record everything with a lav and I feel this is a much better ergonomic setup when you often switch locations.
This would very handy to use as a boom. I wonder if DJI or Rode are working on something similar.

Can you hear me now? That is a genius design. just like you said it makes everything more streamlined and easy to use and setup. If someone already has an audio source that would be a good backup if their primary failed.

Can you hear me now? Looks pretty sweet. I've been hooking my old Rode shotgun to my Wireless Go II. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it's not. I tend to get some sort of interference with it at times.
Note: you can use two at the same time. You do have to worry about blocking the oled on the mic to keep it from cutting out if you are walking around, etc. You can run these into a zoom F3 with a wire to get 32-bit recording and then put the receiver on your camera which will keep you from needing timecode. They do not play well with other wireless devices in the vicinity. If you have other wireless devices make sure they are 5GHz because these are on 2GHz and don't have the ability to be specific channels, etc.

AGREED obviously the road is better but considering that it’s nearly 4 times the price I’m not surprised. However, like I said in the video for beginner Filmmaker ‘s looking to buy their first soccer Mike, I think this is a great option.

Hi! I'm choosing between deity s -mic2 and comica vm30. I'm a little afraid of budget, cause I don't have any recorder. And mostly I shoot everything in one man army. That's why comica could become a game changer. But here's the question, in my opinion deity sounds richer and deeper. But it needs a recorder and doesn't support wireless solution, so what is better to choose for me.
P.S. I shoot youtube videos, commercials and starting for making documentaries and short films.

Also the sound quality of this mic pales in comparison to the Rode, therefore by contrast, this might scare off some, but taking this into consideration, it's not bad at all for the value.
I agree, my goal is to always show anything that I have that sponsored a real world comparison to the gear that I use on my every day shoots. Fully aware that hearing the road NTG and then this microphone might not make you want to run out and buy it but for the people that are in that price range between $150-$200 I think it’s a truly great option

Can you hear me now - this mic looks great! I agree that the NTG sounds slightly better, but, to the average person/client, I doubt they will notice it or complain that they think it's bad. I've been using a VidMicro for a little while now and haven't had complaints, the comica is definitely better than the VidMicro 😂

What did you have to do to tweak it to make it sound like that? I have it connected to my iPhone and I can barely hear the difference between the hertz.

The knob is easy to turn and no, the shock mount is not going to break. Actually it is too sturdy. It should be more flexible. That being said, the receiver is going to break if it falls.

I’ll admit, at first I was disappointed to see this video. Why? Because when I see a ton of videos on the same product it’s a marketing push. Fine. I get it but usually you don’t get the real reviews. However, I really appreciate you being actually honest (and not pretend honest) about the shortcomings. I wish more channels did this. Great job.
Personally for the price and quality I’d go with the mictrak 32 bit recorder and mic at around the same price point.
Yeah man one thing I tell every sponsor is that I’m going to be honest about how I feel in regards to the product. I feel the same way when you see a bunch of the same products being talked about with a bunch of different people on UA-cam. It’s just a marketing push, but honestly it does no one any good to just mindlessly plug a product.
I’ll definitely check out that microphone and ill also see if I can get a few other microphones around that budget to do a comparison video. 🙌🏻
