After the death of his father. Steve stopped painting and once wanted quit painting all together. He stated that he was in such pain he thought of committing suicide by flipping his car over. I'm glad he is still painting and teaching today.
He talked like his father, he repeated things his father said, so I can see why he would feel lost without him. He loved his father.

This is my favorite episode with Steve. The Kowalskis did him dirty. The Melissa McCarthy produced Netflix documentary exposed the greed and deception of the Kowalski Family and leaving Steve Ross without what should have been his rightful inheritance. We support you Steve 100%

There's something about watching the Ross boys paint that is more relaxing than anything else you'll ever experience. Their tone of voice and cadence will put you in a frame of mind like nothing else will.

I thought it was a young Bob Ross, not at all what I expected. Pretty much the same incredible talent just different delivery of banter. Not too shabby as they used to say.

You can see Bob's style in Steve's painting, obviously he learned a lot from his father. Steve's style seems a lot more dynamic, I like it.

I never knew Bob’s son painted till I seen the documentary. There were just so many episodes of The Joy of Painting that I had never seen an episode twice for a long time. Wonderful skills. Bob definitely taught me how to paint trees and to paint texture.

He's right. We are too hard on ourselves. That's because it's socially acceptable to put ourselves down but not up. To please others. Other people want us down below them. It's shameful to give yourself a compliment. We are told it's conceited, boastful, prideful, all things God hates. That's how we are manipulated. People use religion. I think it's okay to be happy. Putting ourselves down just makes us depressed and miserable. You can be positive and enjoy life without being evil. Enjoy life.
