Hey, man! How are you? So… I did everything that you did. But since the modding, my game (Gold Edition) is not showing the Lead Player interaction menu / UI. I got the latest stable version of every mod.
do you recommend just going straight from vanilla to to all these mods, or will it be overwhelming? I have some experience playing the game awhile back.
I'd recommend it as it does help with the stability of the game on newer systems. These mods basically just improve stability and the overall look of the game

this might be a weird question but how do I get my resolution to save? I want it to be 1080p but every time I launch the game it defaults back to 800x600. All my others settings save properly like audio and career progress.
Hello, is it okay if I mixed elite forces with first responders? Also, i cant get to play with an higher resolution than 1440x900 or else some ui disappear and bugs, like the interaction box is empty.
You cannot mix EFvwith EF:FR. EF:FR is essential EF with FR. There is not benefit to mixing them. I'm unaware of how to fix your resolution issue though.
@LinkinForcer But if mixing them don't make bugs or stuff that's fine ill keep it like that, and imma stay with 1440x900 resolution for now... (well I just remade a clean installation of first responders, so yeah)
ok so if anyone has issues with it saying it cant find the system file back out to the swat 4 file open sef and look for file called "launch sef" in its windows batch file format it should be there first page of the file idk why it would not work for me untill i tried this

It's possible you don't have it installed correctly or you are trying to launch the game with the wrong launcher. If that's not it make sure you have the same version of SEF that I showcase. I've heard newer versions are having issues.
I'm currently using the First Responder Mod V0.66(Stable) with the speech command mod file recommended from your video but “Use Speech Recognition” option in the settings is greyed out, does anyone possibly have a solution to this.
Try this: www.moddb.com/mods/sef-first-responders/downloads/sef-firstresponders-v066-beta It's the v66 beta I used in the video. I updated the description with the stable branch as I was not having any issues with the speech recognition file with the stable version.
If you followed the tutorial to a T and used the same versions of the mod that I did then I'm not sure. If you are using newer versions of the mod then that could be why.

All the mods I cover will run at the same time. But you can only run Elte Force or Elite Force First Responders not both. They are basically two separate games.
You can have them both installed and run one at a time. Technically First Responders is both Elite Force and First Responders because it take the Elite Force mod and adds to it. You can play both off the same save. So if you played Elite Force or First Responders for a few missions and then loaded up the other you can pick up where you left off.
@@haroldcjennettiii That's weird....that's a main feature of the mod. I'd delete the folder and reinstall it. Also check the page. That just released the stable version of 0.66 yesterday. If you are using the stable version I can link you to the beta. It may be an oversight on the mod team part.
Access Violation caused General protection fault! History: GetD3DDeviceCaps< - GetMachineInfo I couldn't find version 4.9.1 but I used 4.9.0. This error only comes up when I'm trying to run first responders. Elite force works fine. Thank you for replying so quickly

You may need to go into the configuration file and set it there. But it should save automatically when you apply it in game.

Also, the game appears "Darker" on my screen, Brightness is Turned-up. Any ideas why this could be? Thank you.
It will have to do with one of the reshade textures.
I'd play aro7nd and turn them off one by one and see if that helps.

Bro when i lunch my SEF it says (SEF LUNCH ERROR The system cannot find the file specidied.)
Make sure you have everything in the right folders. Sounds like it's looking for the exe and can't find it.
