I put in the work and rest but couldn’t have been more distracted going into Hyrox Chicago from other fulfilling areas of life and but still got an 8 min PR. Thought the opposite would happen. There’s definitely something true there. 7:39
Ha was it the slight worry of Nick Bare showing you up that had you running scared?! 😅 Seriously though amazing performance and would love to see you mix it in with the business end of E15 this season. Ive done HR training for so long that I know it without looking at the watch. What I need to do is stress less about grinding volume and hit the hard sessions hard.
Hi Rich. I did last year‘s 12 week program for a hyrox last year and did pretty well my first time around. Looking to do the updated one this coming year. Regarding what you said you changed up this time, would you recommend switching out some of the station specific movements for some other things like you mentioned?And would you mind giving any specifics? Thank you so much.

😂 it really was great getting to line up next to NB. I am thrilled that he is in the space. Try a full rest day before your key quality session.
