HELLO Everyone!!!!
Since we last spoke, so much has happened in my life, I’ve finally graduated from the prestigious University of Georgia with a doctorate degree of Veterinary Medicine and by doing so have achieved my lifelong goal of becoming a veterinarian. My 13 year old self is screaming right now and I have no words. I also have another life goal notched on my belt as I’ve also gotten my first official veterinary job in the beautiful Savannah, GA! So much to celebrate and as I look back at the past four years I’d like to thank my family for always supporting me, my girlfriend for always being there for me, and my teachers for teaching me everything I needed to know, even if I wasn’t the biggest fan of them (most of them were great, but there’s always a few bad apples in the bushel.)
I look back at the past four years as some of the most difficult, challenging but also most rewarding years of my life. Despite this I would do it all over again in a heart beat as it taught me discipline, commitment, how to fall in love, how to stand on my own two feet and decision making. And of course, how to be a veterinarian. I had some of the best professors in the world and I really feel ready to start practicing veterinary medicine as I set off into the world on my own.
You may be wondering why I am not doing an internship or residency, and this can be a great idea for people who feel like they need more experience before going into general practice or those who wish to specialize in a certain topic in veterinary medicine such as internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, or exotics. However this was not the best idea for me as my goals and aspirations do not require me to go this path. (I may make a video in the future further discussing this)
But for the immediate future I am incredibly excited to be back on youtube and officially start being a real life vet (is this really real life? pinches oneself ‘yes I am here’) Thank you so much for watching, and I will see you next time.

Mike Stacker Stack I mean you gotta realize that that is a LOT of protein making your dog or cats body working extra hard. Everyone has their own option and view point on it.
@@etherxlaina you gotta realize that dogs bodies are meant to handle that much protein. Yes everyone has their point of view but its proven over and over again that it is the healthiest option
Mike Stacker Stack uh maybe you should read up on veterinary medical literature. Raw diets aren’t recommended by anyone
@@FantasyPNTM uh i know all about the b.s vets are taught. And i know that ive been feeding raw diet for years with great results

Based on your last video in regards to raw reeding, I feel sorry for any animals that come and seek care from you. I hope you are intelligent enough to realize there are other ways to feed dogs and cats besides commercial pet foods.
