  • This was possibly the most confusing and dramatic injury saga in recent NBA history (other than Markelle Fultz?). Kawhi Leonard missed a significant amount of time with the Spurs due to a leg injury. Was it a quadriceps contusion or a tendinopathy? We may never know the exact answer, but this video will take a look at the difference between these two injuries. I can't tell you what exactly he had but I can explain the two injuries in question!

Hamstring injuries seem to be the most common ones in sport. Can you explain what goes on when a player 'pulls their hamstring'

looking back at this and seeing how vehemently Kawhi fought the Spurs on coming back, then seeing KD rupture his Achilles after being cleared to play....hmm. something wrong with the locker room

Having this kind of channel explain injuries really helps and saves time, especially being from another country and not really knowing what part of the body are injured since I don't really know every body part in English.
