  • Paul George makes his much anticipated debut for the NBA Los Angeles Clippers after sitting out the start of the season after having TWO shoulder surgeries - the first for a torn rotator cuff and then second for a labrum tear. In this video we'll look back on his rotator cuff tear that plagued him down the stretch of the last NBA season.

I have a large partial thickness tear of the supraspinatus, over 50%. I’m getting surgery, but I’m finishing out basketball season before I get the surgery. I was wondering if the tear can get larger if I continue to play on it? I also grace another question, I had my MRI confirmed by 2 radiologist and shoulder specialist and they confirmed it’s torn but I don’t have the same pain or symptoms and other people say they have when it’s torn, I can’t throw a baseball anymore but it doesn’t hurt me when I play basketball or do routine things throughout the day, the only time I feel pain is when I do weights or do a specific motion across my body.. I just don’t know if the surgery is necessary. If you could reply and give me an opinion that would mean a lot !
