Great job, as always! Just a wuestion, could I use this dough for molded cookies? I got tbese great wooden molds, and since I need the detailed pattern to come through, it seems it might work, but I'm not sure if the thickness of the dough would work.

I have a 6 Qt KitchenAid Pro 600 Stand Mixer along with my 4.5 Qt & after seeing that little explosion I wonder if my Larger 6 Qt Stand Mixer could eliminate the mess if I decide to make this recipe?
I’ve seen other sugar cookie recipes not chocolate, with the light corn syrup. I believe that’s what made the recipe so much better if anything.

Mix a snickerdoodle recipe, roll in balls then roll in a cinnamon-sugar mix & bake.
