Thank you for this recipe. Best chocolate cookie dough ever! I have been baking and decorating cookies for over 10 - 15 years and love this recipe. My neighbors say it is very tasty and the chocolate extract is extra special in the dough. I also love your molds. I can make several cookies in one day and don’t need to use Royal icing! Mailed several packages for Christmas.

Thank you! Will try soon. Have been looking for, and trying recipes for years. If I find a recipe that does not spread during baking, then it seems not to have a great taste. Or find one that tastes great, but spreads.
Corn starch! It’s the secret ingredient u need to make it not spread.

I usually roll my cookies to 5/16 (8mm) … Yes, you can use just vanilla, or vanilla+orange is good too

Yes, I like to combine not only vanilla with chocolate, I add espresso powder or instant coffee granules to cookie dough instead of chocolate extract

I have had it over night, but my cookies edges and patterns were not so sharp, probably butter was the problem. Or can I try without baking powder? Выпекать как обычное сахарное печенье, 350* F. Время зависит от вашей духовки. Я перед выпеканием подмораживаю и выпекаю 10-12 минут.
