Hi there i had a question. I have 500gms of frozen cooked shrimp. But i want to make a roux sauce with curry flavouring; and put 3 pieces of cod each in a bowl and cover it in the curry and cook for a wee while till the cods cooked.
But im worried about a watery curry cost the shrimp are already cooked frozen. What do i do? Help

Letting the shrimp thaw in water with a little apple cider vinegar will also take out the frozen taste. You will not taste the vinegar, they will taste like fresh shrimp. Thanks for the tips.

haha that's so sweet thank you! I have a great kitchen back in LA where I live. but I'm staying with my family back in my hometown during the pandemic. It's okay to look a little rough, it's a fun challenge to cook in a real American family kitchen and not a studio one for a change. but don't worry eventually I'll be back in a studio :)
