Oh my goodness, I've been thawing out my salmon all this time. I didn't know you could cook it from frozen in the air fryer. I'll be doing this from now on. Thanks!
Love this! I’ve been buying the frozen seafood at Trader Joe’s for 25+ years. I used to come home from work, throw a salmon steak under the broiler and start pasta and veggies in a multipot. Really makes life easier, especially if you only want to cook one piece of fish.
I just tried salmon in the oven with the salsa and chips and it is wonderful! Thank you for all your awesome cooking ideas! I put my veggies on the sides of the pan.
I had no idea you could cook frozen seafood right in the air fryer or oven! What a revelation! Can’t wait to try it out. Loved Nicole’s dance routine at the end! 🤣
Well, you’re never too old to learn something! Lol I’ve been cooking over 50 years and I’ve always had a battle with frozen fish that after you thaw it, it has a wet spongy texture. I had just stopped buying frozen fish. Never had a problem with shrimp. So I just found your video and I can’t wait to air fry my frozen fish! By the way, I have the same air fry and it’s great! I had just finished watching your shrimp oregano recipe when somebody made a reference about your seafood stew so I went searching for it. I’m so glad I did! Because fresh fish is very expensive comparatively thank you again you have a a lot of very nice recipes.
Now that I know I can cook from frozen, I am going back to eating salmon. My husband doesn’t like it so I have not been cooking it, but now that it is that easy, I will cook his meal and have my own. Thank you thank you, thank you

I Don't have A air fryer and my stove broke what I did was heat up a bowl of water in the Microwave 4 min then add in Frozen Shrimp (shell on) let sit in water for about 2 min then re-heat water in Microwave for 1 min drain shell peels off easy and dip in melted Butter with crushed Garlic (might have to experment with cooking times) maybe need to put peeled shrimp back in Microwave re-heat for 30 sec
A great introduction.. Tell the world that frozen fish is far, far, better than _fresh_ seafood from the meat department (they treat it as if it were meat) in the grocery store. The scrap rate of grocery store _fresh fish_ is very high. Which means two things. 1.) They purchase their previously unfrozen _fresh fish_ at a very low price so as to be profitable. 2.) Their customers believe a twisted lie. That grocery store _fresh fish_ is fresh and better than frozen. How this twisted misperception came to be is beyond me. Maybe most have never eaten fresh fish? From a fisherman that has eaten plenty of fresh and frozen fish. ps, I have always thawed my fish first. Overnight in the refrigerator. I find that seems to be better than thawing quickly in water, still wrapped in packaging. I will have to give this a try, cooking frozen fish.

Do you buy the deveined shrimp?
What type of knives do you recommend in the kitchen?

I like to cook my salmon in foil packs. Do you recommend doing that with frozen?
it should work just as well! Might need to add a few more minutes to the cooking time.
Boy, am I ever hungry now.✔
Do you know how to make ceviche?
Recipe links??
What about deveining the shrimp
Finalmente 🤌🏻
You did not add the recipe for the seafood soup.
How do you get rid of that "fishy" taste, without washing the shrimp first?
Make Fish tacos 🌮
That video is coming up very soon!

Just stay away from farm raised in Indonesia or China or farm raised in general. Stay away from farmed tilapia as well...
Frozen shrimps might still have the dirty veins in them. Don't want to eat shrimps that are not de-veined. Yuck!
She held up the package to show the shrimp was deveined.
