The recipe looks simple and easy and they turned out amazing. just an FYI I heard the thermometer stem hit the bottom tray when you checked the temperature, be careful not to do that because that tray is at 400 degrees and when you pass threw the meat like that it will give you a false reading. This is not a criticism just a heads up from one cook to the other CHEERS!

Thanks for the recipe. I like your marinade. Shrimp dissolves super quick in water so there's really no need to cook it frozen. Plus the marinade will adhere to the shrimp better if it's not frozen

Cooking shrimp from frozen results in a more juicy and tender result. Most people overcook their shrimp to a rubber state. Starting from frozen gives a much more ample window of time where they remain cooked just right.

They look very nice. I prefer to thaw first, as my experience with shrimp has been that the complete intestinal tract may not ne removed by the processor, so I inspect each one and remove unwanted tract as required.

Everything comes out perfect. So far bagel, fresh toast sticks and fish sticks. The square basket is a game changer ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxD4Qeo-HRLxMfom_PDinM_SBfes00qJsB You get so much more room than the round basket.I’ve had it for about 24 hours.Only drawback I’m having an issue with is the pulling out the basket but I know eventually I will master that as well.

Yes, you checked the internal teml like you should do on anything you cook. Good job. Then you don't just cook them into rubber super balls with spices on them. Cook the just barely to temp and take them out and let rest for a few minutes and they will be perfect like any other protein. Good job. Making some tomorrow night.

Thanks for the quick and easy method. Also, since America is virtually the only country in the world that is still on Imperial measure, it would be great if you [and other American chefs] could also state temperatures in Celsius.

Great video but.. I don't think that olive oil spray is good for your air fryer. Best to get a misto and add your own olive oil. If I remember correctly, the sprays will ruin your fryer.
