  • Here is an affiliate link to a cable with the same part number that I used:
    amzn.to/2ZPQ0lT
The cable that I used was part number 1019515-01.
In this video I replace the forward and reverse cable in a club car golf cart.
The cart was stuck in forward gear and would not go into reverse via the shift lever.
This cable was a bit tight upon initial install but did loosen up afterwards. I did have to tighten the adjustment bracket after installing this cable.

Thanks so much for this video. Very hard to find anything on Club Car linkage cables. I was totally confused about how to adjust the movement and this video provided me with the answer I needed. Thanks so much for taking the time to post this! The answer was not at all what I expected by the way. I thought for sure it would be to adjust the ends somehow.

Mine eats cables and is an SOB to shift.
I do believe it comes down to the lift, but I got so tired of it I just disconnected the cable and took the access panel off and reach in and shift by hand on the rear end.

I understand the frustration. This cable seems to be holding up so far.
