Episode 14 - Change the Carburetor in a Club Car DS - The Long Distance Cart runs perfect now!

We're posting this Saturday September 9th, 2023 - 14 Days from our 225 Mile Trip to Key West Florida!
Today we went to take the cart on a test run 70 Miles round trip to Ft. Lauderdale, downtown loop and back to Boca Raton. The Cart unfortunately was not running great so we took it to the shop instead. We decided that the issue had to be the Carburetor since the entire fuel system was changed and clean just a couple weeks ago. We changed the carb in about 5 minutes and the problem was solved! A quick test run around Boca Raton and down the Atlantic Coast proved it! The change is simple and we'll definitely be bringing a spare with us when we run to Key West!

What's the proper carburetor adjustment for that carburetor I got a 1999 club car with a fe290 and how do you make it go that

Soooo, no adjustment to the a/f needle??? No plug check to see if its rich or lean?? Are these guys the ones selling cheap carbs for clubcar on amazon? Whats going on here???

Nope. Just a couple of good friends having fun working on a cart. Seemed to work out ok made it to key west from Boca Raton.
