Thank you 😍🙏 i get inspiration from many different places including animal flow, awakening yoga academy/Patrick Beach, Instagram etc and I also take time to think about my sequences and the peak pose/main flow
So happy to have found this today. I’d forgotten the name super soldier and my classes in Denver have been working toward that posture. Any suggestions for getting the head behind the leg on that deep forward stretch?
Thanks 😍 i think working on lizard lunge and things like happy baby is really helpful for the hip mobility required, as well as compass pose to really get that rotation
