    I saw two of your videos. I want to ask you can I put under the oven and turn it into broiled then deep fry my beef? I lived in mn and we don't have hot weather so I can't baked it in the sun.

      You can cook it fast in toaster oven but have to watch so it does not burn. You can put over open fire but also keep an eye on how done you want it.

    Came across your video and looks very good. I'm going to try it, but if I use the dehydrator, how long do I dehydrate it for?

    • @CookingwithNana
      @CookingwithNana  6 років тому

      rob kham you have to make it as dry as possible before frying in oil.

    Just wondering how come I see some are red and some are a darker color after fried ? (Not yours). Can we add food coloring to make it more red?

    • @CookingwithNana
      @CookingwithNana  9 років тому

      you can also use a fan indoors. you want to remove as much water as you can from the meat.

    • @CookingwithNana
      @CookingwithNana  10 років тому

      kottlu215 you can keep them in the fridge for a couple days, but if you need to keep them longer, it's better to keep them in the freezer.

    How toPapaya sauce

  • @ahhwe-any7434
    @ahhwe-any7434 5 років тому

    Someone must be making papaya salad. All I ever eat is that w/ w.ever meats. I'm bored w/it. Just went to the Asian grocery story recently & found that paste ppl make w/ the beef jerky. Idk what it's called or how to make it. But I was so excited. 7 dollars for it too 😤 but it'll prob last me awhile. I love Asian food. It helps me save & well, most of the times it's not that unhealthy. It's kinda funny going there bc those ppl always speak half Lao/half English to me. Other than them, there's hardly any Laotian ppl around me. So when I go, it's always just only English speaking ppl that I go with. They're only used to me being a certain way.

      if you have flies around, you need another layer of screen. I didn't see any flies when I dried my meat.
